| Based on the comprehensive interconnection of people,machines,and things as well as the comprehensive integration of entities,data,and services,the Industrial Internet supports the deep integration and innovative application of information technology in the industrial field,which is good for manufacturing enterprises to reduce costs and improve efficiency.However,the current Industrial Internet is facing heterogeneity,real-time,security,reliability,and many other challenges.This thesis focuses on improving the real-time and security of Industrial Internet,exploring and building an Industrial Internet system based on blockchain and edge computing.The main work and achievements of this thesis include:1.A blockchain and edge computing based Industrial Internet system is proposed.The system consists of a blockchain platform,edge nodes,intelligent gateways,etc.The blockchain platform is responsible for the storage of high-value manufacturing data and the management of assets such as industrial equipment and industrial edge applications to improve the security and reliability of the Industrial Internet.Edge nodes provide timely and reliable services for industrial field distributed applications based on decentralized network edge computing,reduce unnecessary network-level propagation of industrial data,and help improve the real-time response of industrial applications and the confidentiality of industrial data.The intelligent gateway performs interface conversion and data analysis for heterogeneous industrial equipment,realizing comprehensive interconnection,data communication and access control of industrial equipment.2.Based on the proposed Industrial Internet system,an industrial edge application management method is constructed,including the creation,deployment,and operation of industrial edge applications.Containerization technology encapsulates industrial edge applications,enabling applications to achieve flexible deployment.And the blockchain-based industrial edge application management method manages containers and images of the application to improve the security and reliability of industrial edge applications.3.Based on the proposed Industrial Internet system,an interface conversion method of industrial equipment is constructed.The intelligent gateway uniformly converts the interface of industrial equipment into the Message Queuing Telemetry Transport(MQTT)protocol with encryption and authentication,and unifies the format of data.In this method,the interface conversion application provides real-time and reliable interface conversion services for industrial equipment.Authentication and data encryption are performed on MQTT broker servers to improve industrial data security.4.The proposed Industrial Internet system architecture,industrial edge application management method and industrial equipment interface conversion method are implemented.Their functions and performances are evaluated,and the results show that the proposed system meets the functional requirements and has good performance.Meanwhile,the application of the proposed system in the visual classification scene verifies the practicability of the system. |
