Combining the latest Internet of Things,Industrial Internet,Microservices and containerization technologies,this paper proposes to use the K3 s cluster framework to build a general-purpose containerized edge computing service platform in the Industrial Internet,enabling industrial Internet application software to achieve the goal "one-time development,arbitrary deployment,and easy to expand as needed".At the same time,it can support the interconnection of industrial edge devices with multiple functions and multiple hardware architectures.Furthermore,through the application of the NC-Link standard protocol,a unified and standardized data acquisition interface and data transmission format are provided to facilitate further analysis and processing of the data,providing support for the development of industrial intelligent manufacturing.The main work introduced in this paper includes the following aspects.1)Analyze the actual needs of industrial Internet edge computing data collection applications,use the implementation branch of the Kubernetes cluster framework K3 s as the infrastructure of the edge computing platform,and redesign the overall architecture and organizational form of the data collection application;2)Use the microservice software architecture to locate each module in the data collection application,and design the communication protocol and data model between modules;3)Using a variety of development technologies and tools,each module component in the data acquisition architecture design was implemented,and testing and performance evaluation were carried out in a K3 s cluster composed of multiple nodes such as virtual machines and raspberry pi.Through the above work practice,we can see that containerization technology has certain implementation possibilities and promotion value in the field of traditional industrial Internet,and it is a direction worthy of in-depth study.
