With the development of 5G technology and the popularization of Internet of Things technology,the amount of data is increasing exponentially.Mobile edge computing uses computing nodes close to the data source to process data and reduce network overhead.However,in the existing edge computing research schemes,most of the task data protection methods and offloading decision-making methods adopt centralized schemes,which are vulnerable to malicious tampering attacks and have congestion problems.In addition,during the offloading process,many parties will take actions that are not conducive to the entire network architecture for their own benefit.The insecurity of task data and dishonesty in offloading will greatly reduce the credibility of the network architecture.Credibility is an important factor for MEC servers and terminal devices to participate in offloading.Losing credibility will seriously affect the participation enthusiasm of MEC servers and terminal devices.As an emerging technology,blockchain technology can effectively solve data security and trust issues in edge computing.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study blockchain-based edge computing trusted task offloading methods and systems.This paper studies the trust problem in distributed edge computing scenarios,establishes a problem model,uses utility as the evaluation standard,and obtains the utility function of virtual machines and offloading tasks.Transform the offloading problem into a matching problem with maximum bilateral utility.Considering the problem of individual rationality in distributed computing offload,this paper establishes a non-cooperative game objective function,and proposes a task matching algorithm based on game theory which satisfies the Nash Equilibrium state and allows individuals to make the best choices in distributed computing offloading and ensuring fairness and justice in offloading.In order to solve the untrustworthy problems caused by the centralized decision-making organization’s malicious profit and the opaque decision-making process,this paper proposes a trusted offloading method based on blockchain to replace the centralized decision-making organization and make the offloading process open and transparent.Experiments based on real data sets show that the performance of the proposed distributed algorithm is similar to that of the centralized optimal algorithm,which can ensure the credibility and transparency of the offloading process with less performance sacrifice.Aiming at the problem of task data security in computing offloading,this paper proposes a trusted offloading system for edge computing based on blockchain,combined with offloading decision algorithms.The core of this system mainly adopts the Hyperledger Fabric alliance-chain framework combined with inter planetary file system to form a collaborative storage mode of "onchain index,offchain storage".The system stores task detail data and the index information of offloading data on the chain to ensure the advantages of decentralized storage and non-tamperable index of task detail data and offloading data,alleviate network congestion,and avoid malicious tampering of data.The system uses the inter planetary file system technology to store and offloading data under the chain,which effectively reduces the storage pressure of the system.This paper designs and implements the proposed system,including the overall design,the design of the core functional modules of the system,the design and implementation of the blockchain layer,and the construction of the interstellar file system.Carry out system simulation test for the system.The test results show that the proposed blockchain-based trusted offloading system for edge computing has good performance,and the smart contract for offloading decisions has a small computational overhead and can meet the needs of users.Finally,this paper analyzes the credibility of the proposed system and method to verify its effectiveness.
