With the continuous development of communication technology and computer technology,wireless sensor networks are widely used in various fields of social production,especially the intelligent realization of factories.In wireless sensor networks,the limitation of nodes’ own energy hinders the development and application of wireless sensor networks.Balancing the energy consumption of nodes and prolonging the network life cycle are the main research directions in the design of wireless sensor network monitoring system.A wireless sensor network monitoring system is designed and implemented to monitor temperature and humidity,human signals,dust and harmful gas concentrations in a steel mill with a steel mill production environment as the background.The STM32F103C8T6 microcontroller is selected as the core of the device side to connect sensors,buzzers,relays and other components for data acquisition;the data is uploaded to Ali cloud platform through ESP8266 wireless communication module and MQTT protocol,and stored in the RDS database of Ali cloud server;the app of the display side receives data and publishes it anytime and anywhere by subscribing to Ali cloud server messages to the cloud server,control the state of buzzer and relay,and realize the data interaction between the device side and the display side.In addition,for the problem of high energy consumption in data transmission in wireless sensor network monitoring systems,a cluster routing algorithm is introduced in the data transmission process.The algorithm uses cluster head to collect data information from other nodes in the cluster and forwards it to the cloud server through mobile nodes,which reduces the network energy consumption while avoiding the cluster head energy hole.MATLAB simulations are performed to compare with LEACH-E and DEEC algorithms to verify the superiority of the algorithm in this paper.Figure 77;Table 5;Reference 58...
