Several bridges can be monitored simultaneously by the cluster monitoring system of bridge, which can lower greatly the management cost and save the resource of labor force and material. The software of data acquisition and processing in cluster monitoring center system of bridge is the one of the key parts of the cluster monitoring system. It can acquire real-time structural information of every bridge and provide the reliable data for health evaluation system through the intelligent data processing. It is convenient for bridge manager to control the on-site acquisition system. So it is significant to design and develop the software of data acquisition and processing in cluster monitoring center system of bridge.The other interdependent systems are introduced at the beginning of this paper. The open architecture of the system in cluster center system is also analyzed. Then the detailed demand analysis and feasibility analysis of the software system of data acquisition and processing in cluster monitoring center of bridge are done in accordance with its position in the whole cluster monitoring system.The most important development procedure of the software system of data acquisition and processing in cluster monitoring center of bridge are expatiated on in this paper. Its structural composition and function are designed at the first. Afterward the software development environment is selected and the human-computer interaction design is introduced. Data is core of monitoring system, so the high effective database of cluster monitoring center is designed. The key modules including general-purpose communication interface are developed and the whole software system of data acquisition and processing in cluster monitoring center of bridge has been achieved at the last. Specifically, the intelligent data processing is focused on. Several methods, such as the clustering methodology, correlation analysis, regression fitting and so on, are taken to solve these problems.The cluster monitoring system for three bridges including Mashangxi Bridge, Gaojiahuayuan Bridge and Xiangjiapo Bridge has been developed and installed successfully. At present, the software system of data acquisition and processing in cluster monitoring center of bridge runs in good condition and accumulates a great of useful data. It can not only monitor simultaneously several bridges which are far from each other, but also monitoring more new bridges without modifying program.
