Research On Quality Management Of China Mobile DICT Project Informat Ion System

In order to gain a competitive advantage in government enterprise business,operators have launched information system development projects in the DICT field.Due to the large organizational structure of operators,the complexity of DICT projects,especially the application of quality management in information system projects,and other important factors,if project management personnel have insufficient experience,such projects often cannot achieve the expected goals,wasting a lot of human and material resources.In the process of project delivery services,information systems are important tools to assist production.High quality information systems can support efficient project management and help operators gain certain advantages in DICT project management in the government and enterprise fields.This article takes China Mobile as the research subject,deeply analyzes the characteristics of the company’s business platform and DICT solution,and conducts an analysis of the current situation of the first phase of the DICT system development project.Then,based on the current situation of China Mobile DICT project delivery services,targeted improvement research will be conducted on the quality issues of China Mobile DICT system development projects.Based on this premise,based on the PDCA cycle,develop the second phase quality management plan for the headquarters and provincial company information system,and improve the quality goal design and quality management process of the China Mobile DICT system development project in the quality planning process.Further improve the project quality assurance organization in the quality control process,propose quality verification and assurance measures,and strictly control the quality of operational data within the project.Finally,through online flight inspections,the quality improvement of the second phase of the information system project was inspected,the overall work results were verified,the improvement of quality management capabilities and the completion of quality objectives were confirmed,and optimization suggestions were proposed.The research conclusion of this paper proposes some ideas for improving the quality of information system projects in the operator industry,which has certain reference significance for subsequent related research.
