Imaging sonar is an important equipment for marine resource exploration and underwater target detection.Image sonar hardware, algorithms and accuracy are improved, and the storage rate and data volume of sonar systems are facing challenges. The size and power consumption of underwater acoustic equipment is limited, and there is a demand for miniaturization and low power consumption. With the development of sonar products and the use of unmanned platforms and submarines,a new type of storage system solution with high speed, small size, low power consumption and strong versatility has been designed and realized, which has become the current imaging sonar and various The problem of underwater equipment urgently needs to be solved. This paper compares various storage protocols, and chooses SD 4.0 protocol memory card to design and realize a storage system with small volume, low power consumption, high speed and large capacity. The system uses Xilinx ZYNQ series FPGA as the core chip, builds the physical layer circuit based on the GTP transceiver integrated in the chip, and uses FPGA logic resources to build the physical layer, link layer, transaction layer controller and application layer interface. In order to be compatible with different hardware environments, the paper starts from three scenarios of pure logic resources, integrated ARM processor, and embedded Linux operating system, and builds the storage system application layer for different hardware scenarios. Finally, this article tests the functions of each layer, successfully configures the pure logic resource storage card and reads and writes, realizes the connection between the logic resource and the processor bus and completes the software control operation, builds the embedded operating system and writes the block device driver to realize the storage The card mounts on a Linux OS.After testing, the maximum read rate of this system can reach 1044 Mbps, the write rate can reach 870 Mbps, and the maximum power consumption of the storage system is 3.6W.
