Design And Implementation Of Video Conferencing Client Based On Zoom

Since the outbreak of COVID-19,the demand for video conferencing has increased.For enterprise users,there are various meeting scenarios and a large number of participants,and there is a demand for customization.Traditional video conferencing clients have fixed functions and are not configurable,and the number of participants is limited,which cannot meet the application needs of enterprises in various scenarios.Based on the Zoom SDK and Windows client development technology,this paper designs and implements a dedicated enterprise-oriented video conferencing client,and improves and innovates the video conferencing client.This paper designs and implements a Zoom-based video conferencing client,including the core conference function module,process group control protocol module,personalized customization module,live streaming module and speech transcription subtitles module.The core conference function module includes conference status management,participant management,and conference authority control;the process group control protocol module includes client lifecycle management and inter-process message format specification;the personalized customization module includes template configuration and background control switching;The live streaming module includes streaming control and real-time status reporting;the speech transcription subtitle module includes audio adaptation,communication control and subtitle writing back.The video conferencing client integrates Zoom SDK,Qt,Electron,OBS Studio,WebSocket,FFmpeg and other technologies and frameworks.The client is decoupled into multiple processes,and the process group control protocol is designed and implemented to complete the collaboration and interaction between multiple processes.In this paper,functional testing and non-functional testing are performed on the client.The test report shows that the function implementation meets expectations,and the client supports remote monitoring of the running status,log recording of program site,dynamic changes of configuration database,and automatic generation of installer.This paper focuses on innovation at the application level of video conferencing,and uses the live streaming platform to enable more people to watch the meeting;the conference template is customized to meet the business promotion and advertising needs of enterprises,increasing configurability and freedom;speech transcription subtitles helps voicelimited users to directly obtain meeting information,increasing the convenience of use;the process group control protocol integrates multiple technologies and frameworks,and innovates the implementation of complex projects.
