Design And Implementation Of Distributed Supply Chain Management System Based On Raft Protocol

With the rapid development of Internet information technology and industrial Internet,traditional manufacturing enterprises have attracted the transformation of digital transformation.Among them,the digital transformation of supply chain management directly affects the operating efficiency of enterprises,affects various business operations within enterprises and the control of production factors.The advanced supply chain management system helps manufacturing enterprises to face the changing market environment and consumer demand,and also helps enterprises to increase the closeness of suppliers and customers.At the same time,data storage has always been the common focus and problem of the Internet and the manufacturing industry,and how to efficiently apply the distributed storage and data copy replication technology of the Internet in the supply chain management scenario is a strong guarantee for the data security of the production and operation of manufacturing enterprises.Based on the supply chain management theory and operation reference model,this paper conducts field research and demand analysis on the internal business of manufacturing enterprises,and identifies five core modules with clear business logic boundaries,including procurement management,production management,inventory management,logistics management and sales management.Combined with the knowledge of microservice architecture and software engineering system separated by front-end and back-end,the overall architecture of the supply chain management system is proposed,the functional modules of the system are designed and implemented,and dynamic and static interactive explanations and page displays are given.Based on the software architecture design and data storage scheme selection of supply chain management system,this paper discusses the introduction of distributed storage scheme in supply chain management system based on the distributed consistency protocol Raft for data reliability and data security issues.In this paper,a three-layer structure of the distributed storage scheme is designed,including the client data access layer,the distributed storage layer and the metadata management layer,in which the key storage layer is improved on the Raft cluster based on the original paper,which enhances the performance of Raft in the project implementation,and the final test also demonstrates this.This paper conducts a field investigation of two manufacturing enterprises during the research phase and organizes their supply chain digitalization demands.It analyzes and implements the software design and distributed storage design of the supply chain management system that the enterprise needs internally.Finally,a distributed supply chain management system is tested and deployed on site.This work has been running steadily for six months in both companies and has achieved good practical results.
