Abstract/Summary:
At present, the Fifth Generation(5G)mobile communication technology has entered the large-scale commercial period, and its characteristics of large bandwidth, low delay and wide connection can provide high capacity for hotspot scenarios. The sports hotspot scenario is one of the important application fields of 5G.Alpine course is a kind of complex outdoor mountain sports scenario, which is very different from typical outdoor scenarios such as urban micro cell. The channel measurement and characteristics are the basis of the deployment of 5G network in these scenarios. Therefore, this thesis selects two typical sports hotspot scenarios to carry out field channel measurement, focusing on the study of wireless channel propagation characteristics in millimeter wave and centimeter wave frequency band. The main research contents are as follows:Analysis on the channel characteristics of centimeter and millimeter wave in an alpine course scenario. In this thesis, three kinds of channel measurement activities are carried out at 4.9 GHz and 26 GHz frequency bands in alpine course scenario.(1)The transmitting and receiving antenna are located on the same course, there is no obstacle between the transmitter and receiver, and the signal is transmitted under the condition of Line of Sight(LOS);(2)The transmitting and the receiving antenna are located on different courses, the direct path is blocked by the terrain, and the signal is propagated under the condition of Non Line of Sight(NLOS);(3)The transmitting and the receiving antenna are located on the same course, but the receiving antenna is located near the ground.Based on the measured data, the channel characteristic parameters such as path loss, shadow fading,root-mean-square delay spread and Rice factor are extracted and analyzed.Since the measurement environment is a scatterer sparse scenario, the measurement results in this thesis show a great difference from the model parameters of outdoor scenarios in 3GPP TR 38.901.Analysis on channel characteristics of centimeter and millimeter wave in an indoor stadium scenario. In this thesis, the channel measurement activities of 4.9 GHz and 39 GHz frequency bands are carried out in the indoor stadium scenario. The path loss, shadow fading, delay domain parameters, angle domain parameters and Rice factor are modeled and analyzed. The differences of parameters under different frequency bands were compared. At the same time, the indoor office scenario in 3GPP TR 38.901 is taken as a reference, and the comparative analysis results show that the difference of indoor structure and volume will affect the characteristics of wireless channel.
