~With the proliferation of wireless devices, as well as the increasing demand of users for the transmission rate, wireless spectrum resources are becoming more and more strain. In this trend, the millimeter wave with a large number of license-free frequency bands has received more and more attention and becomes the key technology in the next generation of wireless communication. As the basis of wireless communication system design and implementation, channel modeling is an important direction in millimeter wave research. In this paper, some key problems in channel modeling of millimeter wave are researched.These works are expected to be some valuable attempts of millimeter wave channel modeling.The design and implementation of millimeter wave channel and channel simulation platform are researched in this paper. The contributions and innovations of this paper include the following three aspects:The traditional random walk model generated random path completely random. In the scene at any point, the probability of walking are same in all directions, but the reality of human walking is quite different, especially in the more complex scene. Therefore, this paper presents a scene-based random walk model for indoor propagation environment. This model overcomes the problem that the traditional random walk model generates large path and real error in complex scene,and improves the model of dynamic human body blockage in the former model of millimeter wave channel, and realizes the optimization of millimeter wave in the existing indoor scene Channel model optimization;The blockage caused by buildings has relatively rich results in outdoor environment, but that caused by human body on the millimeter wave channel of the study is still limited. This paper focuses on the blockage of human body on millimeter wave in outdoor scene, and puts forward a probability model based on spatial factor. This model depicts the blockage caused by human body of millimeter wave in the open outdoor environment.Because there isn't a simulation platform for millimeter wave 3D channel at present, based on the research mentioned above, this paper presents a millimeter wave 3D channel simulation platform design scheme. Based on the design scheme,a simulation platform for millimeter wave 3D channel is built in this paper. The platform can simulate the electromagnetic wave in the specific scene, which is represented by millimeter wave, and can be used as the basis for the secondary development.
