| In the era of digital economy,upgrading ERP systems is crucial for enterprise management.Facing challenges such as large data storage,limited system scalability,and performance bottlenecks in its existing ERP system,Company C decided to undertake an ERP system upgrade.This paper employs a case study approach,focusing on the quality management practices and challenges throughout the entire process of the financial system ERP upgrade project at Company C.The research encompasses:(1)Analysis of quality management theories in ERP upgrade projects,exploring the application and limitations of existing theories in the context of ERP upgrades;(2)Analysis of quality management issues in Company C’s ERP project,identifying key quality issues and their root causes;(3)Formulation of a quality management plan for the ERP upgrade project,proposing specific improvement measures and strategies;and(4)Analysis and evaluation of the implementation effects of quality management in the ERP upgrade project,assessing the effectiveness of the improvement measures and proposing long-term quality management strategies.This study not only provides theoretical and practical guidance for the quality management of Company C’s ERP upgrade project but also offers a reference for similar ERP projects.Through case study analysis,this research explores a new pathway of integrating theory with practice,providing valuable experience for the successful implementation of ERP upgrade projects. |
