Research On The Ethical Value Of Open Scientific Dat

The opening of scientific data is a scientific practice in the era of open science,which is a kind of essential scientific research activities.Through the open scientific data,it breaks the access barriers between scientific research,provides stable scientific data resources and meets the demand of modern scientific research resources,aiming to strengthen scientific cooperation,expand the accumulation of scientific data,boost or enhance the research efficiency and the research achievements,promote the dissemination and process of science.Although scientific data opening in full swing,but because the practice participation subjects roles are complex,uneven benefit distribution,participation subject internal contradiction and conflict are inevitably led to,affecting the progress of the scientific data opening,so scientific data opening in scientific research ethics perspective has been attracted much attention to by academic scholars,however,the investigation of scientific research ethics is just focusing on ethical behaviors,deep consideration of scientific data opening ethical value still lacks.Based on the ideological connotation analysis of scientific data,scientific data opening,ethics and value,the concept of ethical value of scientific data opening is summarized and presented,and the ethical value of scientific data opening is interpreted,including both the ethical requirements of scientific data opening and the moral value orientation,in which the ethical requirements refer to satisfying the justice of scientific data access,ensuring the fairness of scientific data rights,realizing the coordination and mutual benefit of the subject rights and interests,while the moral value orientation can be explained by the two dimensions of the responsibility consciousness of scientific research cooperation and the moral law of scientific research sharing idea.The realistic dilemma for the ethical value construction of scientific data opening includes the conflicts between "righteousness" and "benefit",and the potential risks in the process of data opening.Combined with theories of Marx’s humanistic thought,justice principle and public ethics,the counter-measures for the construction dilemma are proposed,promoting the ethical value construction of scientific data opening.
