With the continuous development of science and technology,the increasingly mature communication technology,information has spread rapidly under the context of Internet technology,and digital copyright industry has steadily increased in our country.The growth of technology,while providing production and marketing convenience for the digital copyright industry,has also increased to the protection of digital copyright.A variety of technologies are close to maturity,which not only builds a "protective umbrella" for digital copyright protection,but also becomes a means to destroy the "protective umbrella".The extremely high transmission speed and low infringement methods have caused a lot of blows to the protection of digital copyright.Criminals have illegal infringement through a variety of modern information technology,and the infringement methods are hidden.The copyright pirated cases have emerged endlessly.The inadequate development and application of technology has led to the high cost of labor supervision and the high cost of labor.In addition,the complex rights protection and evidence collection process brought a test to the standardized management of the digital copyright industry.As the capital,Beijing has a long and diverse historical culture and rich publishing resources.The regional digital copyright industry management and protection are representative.Therefore,this article is based on the ecological construction of the digital copyright industry in Beijing.According to the current Beijing area There are digital copyright protection and management cases and questionnaire research and other forms to sort out the current existing digital copyright protection and management issues,and use data encryption technology,layered management,complex adaptation system theory,and game theory.The problem of blockchain islands caused by the private chain information of the publishing unit in the copyright industry,the unprepared dissemination issues after the authorization of digital copyright resources,and the connection between digital copyright protection and management are not closely connected.The theoretical level and practical solution,and based on the above problems,build a digital copyright industry ecosystem with incentive mechanisms,and propose policy and management suggestions for the management and protection departments of digital copyrights and digital copyright products based on consumer perspectives.Suggestions and implementation management plans hope to promote the healthy development of the digital copyright industry in Beijing and improve the cultural soft power and cultural and technological integration capabilities of Beijing and even the country.
