With the continuous development of Internet technology and the growing expansion of multimedia platforms,the number of videos which people encounter and create in their lives continues to increase.However,the easy-to-copy and easy to lose evidence of infringement features of video works make it difficult to determine rights and maintain rights.Cross-platform plagiarism and minor modification and republishing often occur,which seriously damages the interests of creators and hinders the development of multimedia technology.In order to solve the above problems,this paper combines blockchain technology,digital watermark technology and video hash technology to design and implement a video copyright protection system based on blockchain.First,the system is based on the Hyperledger Fabric framework and uses multi-video platforms as nodes to build a trusted blockchain network without affecting the operation of the video platform.Secondly,when a video is uploaded,platform extracts video frames,extracts video information,and calculates the video similarity hash value for the uploaded video,and retains the video on the platform itself.When reviewing the uploaded video,the administrator will first review whether the video violates the rules.After the review is passed,the similarity hash value of the uploaded video will be compared with the data in the blockchain.Only when the hash value similarity meets the requirements can it be approved,and the approved video will upload the video hash value and video information to the blockchain.Finally,for the approved works,the platform adds a user-specific digital watermark to the video,and puts the watermarked video into the video list for the user to watch.This system uses the anti-tampering feature of blockchain technology to ensure the safety and reliability of on-chain data.Second,the video similarity hash algorithm can protect video information and prevent user information from being leaked.At the same time,this system is directly connected to the platform.When uploading a video,the video similarity hash is directly uploaded to the chain to ensure the authenticity of the data on the chain.Finally,the concealment,robustness,and security of digital watermarking technology provide trusted credentials for user video rights maintenance.This paper provide a new idea for the multimedia platform to solve the problem of video infringement.
