The rapid development of the Internet has accelerated the flow of information.It is increasingly common for original graphic works to be used by others in violation of copyright.The lack of copyright registration in image works is the main factor that makes it difficult to prove the right.At present,most methods of copyright registration for image works are centralized and formalized.These methods have the problems of no infringement verification,long time,high cost and being difficult identification of ownership.The research and realization of an image digital copyright system which can automatically prevent the suspected infringing image from registering the copyright again,which is safe,reliable and traceable will have important research and practical value.This paper has three innovative points.Firstly,the blockchain technology and SIFT(scale-invariant Feature Transform)algorithm are applied to digital copyright protection of images.This method can automatically prevent the suspected infringement image from registering the copyright again,which solves the formalization problem of traditional image copyright registration method without substantive check.Second,the Bitcoin's UTXO(Unspent Transaction Output)is proposed to solve the management and security of image copyright as a digital asset.Thirdly,it proposes to build a combined chain storage architecture by using Hyperledger Fabric and IPFS(inter-planetary File System),which solves the storage limitation of blockchain in file's size and file's format.Finally,based on the above research,this paper realizes the following four points:The first is to build a secure and trusted digital asset account based on UTXO model.Secondly,the feature vector set extracted by SIFT is used as the DNA basis of digital copyright of images to automatically prevent suspected infringing images from registering copyright again.This effectively solves the confusion caused by the repeated copyright registration of different versions of the same image due to the brightness change,resolution change and scale transformation after the image is transmitted through the Internet.Thirdly,a combined chain storage architecture combined with IPFS was developed to effectively solve the problem that blockchain is not suitable for storing image files.Fourth,the blockchain and the smart contract are used to construct the permanent,highly credible and tamper-proof digital copyright of images.In this paper,the system is actually deployed and the core functions are tested by modules.This proves that the image digital copyright system based on blockchain and SIFT can effectively prevent the suspected infringement of the image from re-registration of copyright and ensure the image digital copyright registration,transfer and traceability.Finally,the problem of centralization and formalization of traditional image copyright registration method is effectively solved,which provides high credibility proof for image digital copyright disputes.If it is applied in the industry,the cost of digital copyright registration and rights protection will be greatly reduced,which is expected to form a new type of business of digital copyright of images.
