Abstract/Summary:
There are a large number of production equipment in the production industrial site,and a large number of traditional manufacturing enterprises’ equipment can not achieve data interconnection.The gateway devices commonly used in the industrial field can only meet the requirements of common industrial protocols,and can not communicate with the devices using private protocols.The data cloud platform has high requirements for hardware threshold.In this paper,we build a system with common equipment interface in the production site,which can communicate through private protocol and conveniently upload the equipment data to the cloud platform through the network.It has certain significance to realize the remote monitoring and control of industrial production data and production equipment.In order to meet the interface requirements of connecting the production site,this paper designs the circuit around the ARM chip i.mx6 ull in hardware,and designs a variety of interface circuits such as power circuit,RS232 interface circuit and so on.The software includes data acquisition,data transmission and remote control.The snap 7 protocol is used in the data acquisition module to read the PLC data.In the data sending module,the data is uploaded to the cloud database for storage by transplanting the database functions and calling the related functions in the database.The remote control module completes the remote control function by comparing the conditions of the returned value of the database,and realizing the state switching of the controller through the program after meeting the conditions.Finally,through the construction of the experimental platform,the overall performance of the system is tested.The test results show that the hardware system runs stably and the communication function is normal.Using iperf3 test,the uplink speed of the control board is1.6m/s,the downlink speed is 2.1m/s,the uplink throughput of the gateway is 973kb/s,and the bit loss rate is 7.1%,which all meet the expected design requirements.
