The Research And Implementation Of Remote Data Communication Gateway Of Industrial Control Network Based On TCP/IP Protocol

With the development of computer control technology, industrial control systems have been widely used in industry, agriculture and national defense industry. From the50’s of the last century to now, industrial control system control developed from the CCS to the network control system.In networked control systems, industrial complex computer systems (such as PLC, HMI, SOC etc.) are equipped with network interface. The devices transfer the data through the interface to achieve the control purpose. But the traditional industrial control systems are generally designed for only use in the industrial field, limited in scope, not connect with the Internet. It has only private IP address. So, in a variety of hardware system, such as PLC, SOC etc,formed a "islands of automation", these islands form the information isolated island phenomenon, so that the efficiency is low, and waste the resources. With the development of enterprise information, it is urgent to complete the interconnection, communication between the process control system and upper management information system or enterprise, and complete the exchange of relevant data, in order to remove the island state.With the development of industrial control network, we need remote monitored the industrial equipment. It needs to expand the coverage of industrial control network, the technical personnel can timely grasp the static of the equipment, analysis and process the fault of the equipment at the remote central control room, This requires the industrial control network connect with Internet seamless, so that monitoring host and the PLC can communicate data remotely through Internet. In view of the above situation, we design a kind of industrial control network gateway,which do not rely on any hardware and software environment, can support any manufacturers of industrial computer and SCADA system. We use the gateway monitor the industrial site, forwarding a packet between the remote monitoring host and the industrial equipment, and block untrusted data, report the incident, to solve the problem of communication between the remote monitoring host and the industrial computer through Internet.The key point of this research is:●Research the technology of seamless integration between industrial control network and information network●Construct the VPN gateway between the remote monitoring host and the industrial equipment.●optimize the mechanism of communication; ensure the special data transmission requirements of the industrial control network.●Manage of the nodes in the network, real-time monitor the state of nodes. Register a new node, and cancel the failure nodes.
