"Internet +" put forward,led to the deepening transformation of all walks of life,the traditional industries using information and communication technology and the Internet in depth to create a new development ecology.New ecology industry has sprung up like "Internet + Industry","Internet + Finance","Internet + Agriculture","Internet +Transportation","Internet + Travel","Internet + Education" and so on.In the industrial field,people or the host computer management and maintenance of production equipment operation and maintenance mode has been unable to meet the production and cost requirements,manufacturers need a cost savings,processing fast,save time,socialization,information technology mode.Cloud operation and maintenance platform is in the "Internet +" and information technology needs in the context of a comprehensive study and analysis of domestic and foreign enterprises to manage production and operation equipment operation and maintenance model,the proposed "Internet + industrial + operation and maintenance" of the new information technology operation and maintenance mode.Cloud operation and maintenance Gateway uses the Internet of Things technology to produce equipment and production facilities(Cloud,central air conditioning,hot and cold systems,etc.)through the network to connect to the cloud server,cloud server through large data technology to save and analyze the cloud operation and maintenance gateway transmission over real-time data.When the cloud server monitors the abnormal data,it sends the data to the professional maintenance personnel on duty.The maintenance personnel will take the initiative to quickly on-site and repair without notice of the enterprise.If a more serious failure occurs the cloud server will push the fault information to the user and will be through the network to the alarm signal transmission to the gateway,the gateway will drive the alarm to remind the scene of the staff.Users can also log on to the cloud server via web or mobile end to view the daily data of production equipment and production facilities,just only pay a small amount of service fees and maintenance costs permonth,significant savings in the cost of introducing expensive monitoring systems and routine maintenance personnel.This paper mainly studies the gateway part of the cloud operation and maintenance platform,which reads as follows:(1)This paper analyzes the status of operation and maintenance of the equipment at home and abroad,and expounds the significance of the platform of cloud operation and maintenance.The platform system plan and the overall structure are analyzed and explained in detail to prove the feasibility of the platform.(2)According to the demand design of the cloud operation and maintenance gateway of the overall structure of the gateway for the selection of the architecture.And from the bare level step by step to build a gateway environment,transplanted linux operating system(including Bootloader,kernel and root file system),lnmp network server architecture and graphical user interface.(3)Depth research and learning modbus and bacnet protocol,in the linux operating system based on the realization of these two agreements,the use of CGI technology to achieve the alarm module and the realization of the web gateway configuration module and Qt-based control panel module.(4)Finally,the function modules of the cloud operation and maintenance gateway are described in detail,and the samples of each module are shown.
