Research On The Development And Competition Situation Of LED Display Technology From The Perspective Of Patent

With the advancement of social informatization,LED display technology has become one of the important information media carriers in the current society.Its market share is constantly expanding,and the competition is becoming increasingly fierce.Therefore,it is necessary to accurately judge its development trend and competition pattern.Patents represent the innovation and development power of an enterprise.Therefore,this paper analyzes the development and competition situation of global LED display technology from the perspective of patents,so as to promote the economic development of enterprises and improve the brand competitiveness of enterprises.First of all,this paper describes the development of LED display technology,reviews the research status at home and abroad,and selects global LED display invention patents as the basis of the full text data.In view of the technology development situation,this paper analyzes the application trend,technolo gy flow,technology composition,technology life cycle,main applicants,patent concentration and technology route from seven aspects,adopts the "curve method" and "Logistic model" to judge the technology life cycle,and determines the technology intensit y by combining the applicant’s patent scale and the immediate impact index.Further analysis of the development status of the main applicant,as well as the analysis of the technology development route,finally clearly explore the development trend of LED display technology.Secondly,the LED display technology competition situation is analyzed from the overall competition situation and the main innovation subject competition situation.In view of the overall competition situation,on the one hand,patent o riginality and universality index and patent portfolio theory were used to obtain the competitive position and competitiveness of major countries.Further,CHI index system was used to analyze the layout competitiveness of major countries in China and comb ined with the patent structure of Chinese mainland,so as to identify the regional competition situation in the field of LED display.On the other hand,the CPC classification system is adopted and the CPC classification number is divided into levels to clas sify and analyze the distribution of key technologies.In addition,the entropy weight method is used to assign the patent indicators in different periods,so as to obtain the core technology in each period.On the basis of the above,Itg Insight clustering algorithm and thermal map visualization technology are used to cluster global patents in the last five years to understand their hot technology distribution,so as to complete the global competition situation analysis of LED display technology.Finally,according to the competition situation of major innovation entities,the regional distribution of patent layout,the evolution process of competitiveness and technological relevance of major innovation entities are combined,and the H-index and technological similarity measurement methods are adopted to objectively analyze the change of competition situation among major innovation entities.In addition,in order to further explore the internal differences and external correlations among the main innovation subjects,this paper also analyzes the technological cooperation of the main innovation subjects and the power distribution of technological layout.A comprehensive comparison of the global LED display technology development and competition situation reflects that China’s technological strength is in the forefront of the world,but there are obvious deficiencies in the foreign patent layout of local innovation subjects,and the initiative of technical cooperation needs to be further strengthened.At the same time,it can accelerate the development process of cutting-edge technology and the balanced distribution of patent power,so as to occupy a dominant position in the development of the future technology market.
