| As a kind of news report oriented towards solving social problems,Solutions Journalism is committed to providing solutions to social problems for the public,rather than providing superficial explanations of social problems.This thesis takes the "solutions journalism" as the research perspective,and takes the television news review "Is kidnapping and buying the same crime and not allowing passion to influence rationality" as the research object.Based on the presentation of the content of the child kidnapping and selling incident,it puts forward opinions and suggestions:"No combating trafficking in the world" is not the only way to take after the event of severe punishment,but requires the entire society to participate in the fight against combating trafficking,move forward,and disrupt the buyer’s market,in order to prevent kidnapping in the bud.It not only answers the doubts of public opinion,but also injects rational thinking into many passionate and emotional voices.General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the important conclusion that "the people are the greatest background of our Party’s governance" at the theme education conference of"never forgetting the original heart and remembering the mission" in 2019,taking the masses of the people as the source of power for the ruling of the Communist Party of China,and fundamentally answering the question of "who to rely on".As an important ruling activity under the leadership of the Party,only by relying on the masses of the people can the crime of abducting and selling children be prevented and controlled.Since its "relying on the people",the prevention and control of such crime in the new period must pay more attention to the participation of the masses of the people.Child abduction and trafficking is a long-standing social issue that has attracted public attention.Since 2014,the amount of news media coverage of child abduction and trafficking increased year by year.In 2021,with the successive tracking of prototype cases in the films"Lost and Love" and "Dearest",the topic of child abduction and trafficking was once again pushed to the peak of public opinion.As the group of "child seeking families" increasingly enters the public eye,how to reduce trafficking and to eliminate such human relations tragedies become the focus of attention,triggering a heated discussion about "kidnapping and buying the same crime",digging out the root causes of trafficking,and cutting the chain of trafficking.However,there are still doubts about whether only relying on "same crime of abductions and purchases" can really achieve "no abduction in the world".Due to the multiple relationships between the seller,the buyer,and the victim’s family involved in the child abduction and trafficking incident,there are complex social motivations behind it.Therefore,media reports undoubtedly bear corresponding social responsibilities.Based on this thinking,we have created "Whether kidnapping and buying are the same crime,Don’t Let Passion Dominate Reason",systematically sorting out the reports on child trafficking incidents,and striving to form an agenda setting on the topic of child trafficking with the characteristics of Qilu TV station on this basis.This thesis is divided into five chapters.Centering on relevant theoretical research,this thesis analyzes the creation of the work "Whether kidnapping and buying are the same crime,Don’t Let Passion Dominate Reason" from the perspectives of creative design,creative elaboration,and audio-visual language analysis.It explores and attempts to organically combine distress relief journalism with public opinion guidance.On the one hand,it explores the possibility of developing the application of Solutions Journalism in China’s television news commentary.On the other hand,it also helps the media in China improve the reporting methods of child trafficking incidents. |
