| The normal operation of power system is an indispensable part of daily production and life.Once a large-scale power outage occurs,it will lead to significant loss of life and property.After the power failure,in order to quickly restore the normal operation of power,the timely distribution of emergency supplies has become an important link in the restoration of power system.On the one hand,due to the relatively low probability of power failure,on the other hand,considering the economic factors such as the inventory holding cost of emergency materials,power grids at all levels generally reserve emergency supplies according to a certain accident scale.In order to facilitate management,the State Grid usually adopts the principle of territorial supply,that is,only repair the fault area within the supply scope.For the storage shortage of power emergency supplies caused by multiple fault areas in the region,the local power supply group shall first distribute the emergency supplies in the region.However,due to the demand for timeliness and matching of power emergency supplies,the coordinated distribution of supplies required by multi supply warehouses at the disaster will be conducive to the rapid repair of power grid accidents.Facing the complex logistics network of State Grid with multi-level and multi supply point warehouses and a large number of power supplies,the collaborative distribution of multiple types of emergency supplies is a problem to be studied.Aiming at the problem of multi warehouse distribution of power emergency supplies damaged by natural disasters,this paper introduces the idea of collaborative distribution,and puts forward the optimization method of multi warehouse collaborative distribution of power emergency supplies by comprehensively optimizing the transportation path between the supply warehouse and the disaster site,and verifies the superiority of this method.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Analysis and solution principle of power emergency supplies distribution problem.Firstly,the current distribution mode of power emergency materials in S network is analyzed.Then it analyzes the three factors affecting collaborative distribution of power emergency supplies,emergency demand,vehicle and time window,expounds the complexity of the problem solution,introduces the collaborative idea,and puts forward the principle of the problem solution.Due to the large space and high difficulty of solving this problem,the idea of two-stage solution is adopted to solve the problem.(2)Optimization model of collaborative distribution of power emergency supplies.Considering the coordination of supplies distribution in multiple warehouses,aiming at minimizing the distribution cost of power emergency supplies in each warehouse,and taking the vehicle loading capacity,time window and supply-demand matching constraints as constraints,the collaborative distribution optimization model of multi type power emergency supplies is established.The complexity of the solution of the model is analyzed.(3)The solution algorithm of collaborative distribution of various power emergency supplies.Combined with the characteristics of the problem and model,based on the idea of layering,particle swarm optimization(PSO)and genetic algorithm(GA)are used to solve it.Firstly,particle swarm optimization is used to generate the distribution scheme of various emergency supplies in the warehouse,and then genetic algorithm is used to obtain the multi warehouse collaborative distribution path scheme.(4)Numerical test.Based on the obtained emergency case data of State Grid of H City,an example is generated,which is solved by the method proposed in this paper and carried out sensitivity analysis,which verifies the effectiveness and superiority of the model and algorithm proposed in this paper.Based on the idea of collaborative distribution,this paper realizes the distribution of various emergency materials through the distribution and transportation of power emergency materials among multiple warehouses.The research in this paper provides a new solution idea and method for the distribution of power emergency materials,and helps to improve the scientificity and practicality of its distribution.This paper decomposes the collaborative distribution problem of various power emergency materials in multiple warehouses,and uses PSO and GA to solve it,which enriches the existing emergency materials distribution solutions of power grid group and saves the distribution cost. |
