Along with the increasing progress of national economic development and people's pursuit of healthy living increase, the dairy industry appeared an unprecedented momentum of development. At present our country has become the dairy industry production and consumption power. But at the same time in the world many dairy companies also continue to carve up the market in our country,that the main reason is "sanlu's milk" event in our country left a general of domestic distrust milk production of dairy products. That it also seriously reflects on the current dairy industry in China is in urgent need of an effective management methods and management means.This paper argues that although previous dairy products traceability system had an certain effect, but it was used to control within the enterprise, consumers cannot effectively learn more regulatory information and lack the trust of own regulatory body for the enterprise, so in this paper, designs for the dairy industry regulation from the industry level platform for the Internet of things back, at the same time into the supervision of the state and the third party inspection agencies,can effectively guarantee the impartiality of supervision effectiveness and real-time information.For Dairy products and other various food industry's difficult to achieve the supervision system on the level of industry encountered problems and difficulties,this paper argues that the main is with data storage and extraction difficulty caused by mass data, when levels of the amount of industry data obtained from IOT occurs disaster, the technology is difficult to effectively solve in the past.But with the rising of cloud computing technology, the previous data has been effectively alleviated and data disaster also is no longer a bottleneck problem.That establishes a dairy product platform design is feasible, and people can put IOT's data for the query to determine the dairy products safe and reliable. First of all, what this paper designs industry platform to use third-party supervision andinspection departments for extraction makes the detection results from multiple and guarantees the authenticity of the results. Second, using cloud computing on data storage technology got from IOT and basing on PML and EPC coding technique to encode the huge amounts of data storage, to ensure the feasibility of data storage. Again, in view of the huge amounts of data query optimization,using the quick sort and XGrind compression techniques for Map/Reduce algorithm was improved, reducing the I/O overhead and CPU consumption at the same time and speeding up the efficiency of data query, for the people querying in better dairy products information. Through the above several kinds of the design, it achieves the final dairy platform design and implementation.
