Research On The Evaluation System Of Comprehensive Museum Exhibition Based On Grounded Theory

The museum is one of the symbols of a country’s and national civilization.In recent years,with the rapid and stable development of China’s economy and society,the construction and development of museums around the world have also achieved remarkable results.Museum exhibitions has become one of the important ways to promote the development of museum culture industry and show China’s development level.However,at present,there is still a certain gap between the development process of exhibition evaluation and the development speed of museum industry in China.Since China introduced the concept of exhibition evaluation from Europe and America in 1980 s,there are still some problems in China’s exhibition evaluation system,such as unclear definition of evaluation objects,evaluation standards to be improved,relatively single evaluation subject,lack of evaluation stages and lack of publicity of evaluation results.In view of the above phenomenon,this paper aims to use grounded theory,combining the audience’s actual perception and the curator’s idea,and construct a comprehensive evaluation system of exhibitions with strict logic,perfect content and reasonable proportion,so as to provide reference for the research of exhibition evaluation system in China.First of all,trace back the development of exhibition evaluation in Chinese museums,sort out the contents and analyze the present situation.In this paper,five curators and 50 spectators of national key museums jointly established by the central and local governments,namely,Capital Museum,Chongqing China Three Gorges Museum,Shanghai Museum and Shaanxi History Museum,are taken as the research objects.In addition,combined with the online interviews of 100 audiences,through online interviews,face-to-face interviews,non-interference follow-up observation and other survey methods,we can understand the emphasis of the two groups on museum exhibition evaluation,refine the key information in the survey results,and obtain the key elements for constructing the theoretical framework of exhibition evaluation system from the professional and universal perspectives.On this basis,combined with grounded theory,the evaluation texts of professionals and audiences are encoded,the evaluation system is constructed,and the weight analysis is carried out.Through the coding analysis of the evaluation text,the elements and coding categories of the evaluation components and two evaluation systems were summarized,and the construction of the two evaluation main exhibition evaluation systems is completed respectively.Combining the content elements of the exhibition evaluation system of audiences and professionals,the final evaluation elements and scoring indicators are summarized,and the comprehensive evaluation system and scoring standard of museum exhibitions are constructed.The construction of comprehensive exhibition and evaluation system aims at strengthening the openness of exhibition and evaluation,increasing public participation in museum exhibition and evaluation,and providing reference for the research of exhibition and evaluation system of museum industry from a professional point of view.
