With the development of the 5th Generation Mobile Communication Technology(5G),the wireless communication system puts forward stricter requirements on the function and volume of its devices.As one of the microwave passive devices that play a key role in the communication system,the power divider makes a great contribution to improving the overall performance of the communication system.With the rapid development of the communication industry,the amount of information data transmission is gradually increasing,and the traditional Wilkinson power divider is more and more difficult to meet the high standard and high requirements of the communication system.In order to adapt to the operating frequency of the multi-system communication system,a high-bandwidth Wilkinson power divider is designed in this paper;combined with the out-of-band suppression problem of the communication system,this paper introduces the filtering function on the basis of the broadband Wilkinson power divider,and designs a Wilkinson power divider with filtering.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Firstly,the development of the power divider and the research status of the power divider with filtering function are expounded,and the problem of the broadband demand and the single function of the current power divider is put forward.Then,the theoretical knowledge of the microstrip transmission line,the analysis method of the impedance converter,and the analysis methods of the equivalent excitation of the odd mode mode and the equivalent excitation of the even mode mode are introduced,and the design method of the power divider with filtering function suitable for 5G communication is proposed.(2)A broadband Wilkinson power divider with a working frequency range of 1.85GHz-5.55 GHz is designed.Firstly,the design method of the impedance converter in the Wilkinson power divider is replaced by the microstrip transmission line,and then according to the multi-stage Wilkinson power divider theory,a circuit structure simulation of the second-order microstrip line Wilkinson power divider is used to design a working Broadband Wilkinson power dividers in the frequency range 1.85 GHz – 5.55 GHz,using a right-angle curved helical structure method to reduce the size of traditional Wilkinson power dividers.The wideband Wilkinson power divider is fabricated in kind,and the test results show that the broadband Wilkinson power divider has good performance in the working frequency range of 1.85 GHz-5.55 GHz.(3)A Wilkinson power divider with filtering function is designed.The band-pass filter circuit theory is analyzed.Based on the filter circuit function of the U-shaped resonator,the filter and the power division function are integrated,and a Wilkinson power divider with a filter function with a center frequency of 3.33 GHz is designed.And the Wilkinson power divider with filtering function was made in kind.The test results show that the Wilkinson power divider with filtering function has good out-ofband suppression and other performance in the working frequency range,which can meet the use of 5G communication system. |
