Whole-process engineering consulting is a product of the development of the times,which marks that my country’s construction engineering consulting industry has begun to transform from fragmentation to intensification under the background of "new era,new thinking,new mission,and new journey".At present,the reform and development of the engineering consulting industry is also faced with challenges in many aspects,such as ideology,institutional mechanisms,market openness,supply capacity,and standard credit system.this paper uses BIM technology to improve the information management level of the project.First,the research on the demand on BIM.According to the research background,research purpose and research content,the WBS(work breakdown diagram)is used to decompose the whole process engineering consulting service content,analyze the work content and engineering consulting service content of each stage,and combine relevant literature to establish demand indicators.conducts factor analysis on the data according to the scoring,and obtains the main needs according to the analysis.Secondly,the construction and operation of the management system based on the BIM integrated whole-process engineering consultation mode.Conceived how to apply BIM modeling and BIM information management platform in project management to realize the specific method of whole-process consultation,multi-organization and multi-stage,established integrated management models respectively,The IDEF0 method is used to establish a full life cycle integration platform model,and a BIM information integration platform is built.Finally,based on BIM whole process engineering consulting project integration application case demonstration.Combined with the verification of a general hospital engineering project,through the actual application effect of the project,the fuzzy evaluation method is used to evaluate the maturity of the application of BIM technology in the whole process engineering consultation,and the comparative analysis of BIM technology in the whole process engineering consultation management can obtain better results economic and social benefits.To sum up,this paper uses WBS work decomposition method and fuzzy evaluation method to construct an integrated whole-process engineering consulting model based on BIM,and demonstrate the feasibility of collaborative management of BIM-based whole-process engineering consulting projects.Provide reference and reference for engineering consulting enterprises to better use BIM to carry out the whole process engineering consulting project management.
