| With the development of Industrial Internet,major production and assembly enterprises have invested in the construction of highly intelligent information in order to meet the diversified needs of the market.The production and assembly tasks of traditional enterprises are generally assigned and scheduled by professional management personnel,which requires the staff to have rich scheduling experience.However,with the increase of customer demand and the enrichment of product types,the scheduling process that relies solely on manual methods is more complicated,the amount of calculation is high,the efficiency of task allocation and scheduling is low,and the actual process operation time is long,which affects the output results of the enterprise.Therefore,with the rapid development of Industrial Internet,the demand for enterprise intelligent information management system is urgent,and efficient information computing resources are urgently needed to solve the scheduling problem.This paper is oriented to the information management system of X aviation electrical connector enterprise,combined with the production and assembly management plan applied by the current enterprise,discusses whether it matches the current production mode,and integrates other enterprise management research theories according to the specific situation of the enterprise.Analyze the whole process in combination with the current enterprise background,product information,production and assembly line process,existing management scheme and plan implementation,pay attention to the key process nodes,and focus on solving the problems existing in the task allocation and scheduling of key processes.Combined with the current enterprise’s customer demand,order quantity and electrical connector type,add order processing rules and production assembly task constraints in the order buffer pool before key processes.In a production and assembly cycle,different tasks are divided according to the order quantity.Small batch production and assembly tasks are handed over to the man-machine hybrid assembly line of sequential processes,and large batch tasks are handed over to the man-machine hybrid assembly line of parallel processes.In order to minimize the assembly completion time of all tasks,a multi variety and small batch assembly processing model based on heuristic rules and a variety of algorithm combination model of multi variety and batch assembly are established to schedule the tasks,and the results are displayed on the display screen of each process to guide the staff.For the research,establishment and application of the above two types of problems,pay attention to the bottleneck process in the whole process.The scheduling scheme output through the model provides guidance and suggestions for the staff,effectively shortens the production and assembly time of key process tasks,prevents the accumulation of materials in the previous process and the idle waiting of the post process,improves the production and assembly efficiency of the overall process of the enterprise,and brings higher output and profits to the enterprise. |
