Landscape communication is the communication of scenery as the object of communication.Under the evolution of media technology,the current self-media platform has become a huge media communication space,changing the communication mode and form of landscape communication.The traditional way of landscape communication is gradually declining,and new communication methods are directly involved in the landscape,reconstructing the public’s landscape experience in a fragmented and diversified form,which brings new challenges to landscape communication.Accurately grasping the dissemination of landscapes in the self-media era has practical guiding significance for landscape construction and tourism economy.With the development of media technology,the application of self-media in landscape communication is becoming more and more common.Organizations,Internet celebrities,and travel enthusiasts present natural and cultural landscape tourism resources,customs and culture,and traditional mass media landscapes through self-media platforms.Compared with the form of communication,the application of self-media makes the communication and presentation of landscapes more diverse and channels richer.The universal application of self-media in landscape communication has the value of stimulating tourism economy,promoting tourism prosperity,disseminating landscape culture,experiencing immersive viewing,entertaining body and mind,and promoting social harmony.However,the problems of self-media in landscape communication are also quite significant,such as high concentration of scenic spots,homogenization of content,distortion of details,and adulterated advertisements.In the future,self-media in landscape communication needs to be strengthened by the government,strengthen platform review,and focus on selection.Reasonable and diversified attractions,both improving production level and multi-channel presentation.Based on the landscape communication and communication theory in the self-media era,this paper takes the value and application of self-media in landscape communication as the research object,and takes integrated social media such as Weibo and We Chat as well as professional tourism platforms such as Qunar and Mafengwo as the research object.Sources of text cases,with the help of text analysis and case analysis,to study the application of self-media in landscape communication.The innovation of the research is that this paper selects the perspective of landscape communication,conducts research based on the communication of landscape on the self-media platform,broadens the research perspective of communication,analyzes the value of self-media in landscape communication,points out its existing problems,and points out possible solutions.The improvement path used provides a theoretical basis for the orderly development of self-media landscape communication and promotes the sustainable development of landscape communication.
