Research On Key Technology Of BIM + Intelligent Site Management Service Platform Construction

The comprehensive use of hardware and software information technology such as IOT,cloud environment,big data,GIS,BIM,etc.to create a without delay and information island intelligent site management service platform is an important means to improve the level of government supervision and project management,and the organic integration of BIM and intelligent site is its development direction.Based on the scientific research project of "BIM+Intelligent Site Management Service Platform" of Ganjiang New Area construction administration department,the thesis participated in determining the overall architecture and functional requirements of the computer system of the intelligent site management service platform by investigating the needs of project supervision and project management;according to the step-by-step implementation plan,the V2.0 version of the platform was clarified and the preparation of the software of dangerous mechanical equipment management sub-module was completed,which lays the foundation for the overall realization of the platform.The 3D visualization construction site layout and intelligent site equipment layout scheme studied in the thesis is a pioneering study to improve the function of the intelligent site management service platform and establish a software system independent of the deep integration of revit environment and platform.Firstly,it clarifies the idea and method of creating the parameterization of the family,and creates the family library of site layout and the family library of intelligent site equipment;secondly,it proposes the parameterization and automation modeling method of "three points and two lines" based on dynamo for linear components such as construction fences,temporary roads and railings,and creates the parametric modeling program coding library of site layout;finally,according to the creation process of site layout model,the site layout of construction preparation,pit construction,main construction and other stages is quickly completed by combining the family library and coding library;on this basis,the visualization layout plan of the intelligent site is completed and the intelligent site construction plan is improved.Through the actual engineering application,the application test of the intelligent site management service platform is conducted to find out the shortcomings of the platform application and indicate the direction for the system iteration.
