Unlike other construction project sectors, the logistics costs in the power grid construction process account for a sizeable proportion of the total project cost, sometimes the number may raise to even more than 60%. According to a long-term follow-up investigation, we found that there exists a considerable optimization and promotion space in several Logistics links, such as inventory, material procurement, production site materials management. Because of the complexity of the logistics management, how to explore the key problem, how to put forward the solution and solve the key problems, thereby reduce the logistics cost management, are not olny the basic problems in rasing the manage effective of China’s power grid construction ring, but also the key problems in realizing the organization innovation for power grid engineering construction company.To overcome the shortcomings of prior research on logistics management framework, key issues and other aspects of power grid project construction project, server key problems in the power grid project’s site logistics management are explored and optimized in this thesis, its main research contents include:Firstly, a summary about the research on this topic was given. There were two aspects:the current situation of power grid construction process logistics and the development and application of algorithms.Second, we have researched on construction project logistics and site logistics management. The definition of power grid construction projects logistics is confirmed. The concept of power grid construction engineering projects and its site logistics management have been proposed integrated with the characteristics of the power grid construction process. The power grid construction projects’ logistics has the following characteristics:it is convergent; its planning is uncertain; it is disciplinary and on-time; its processes coordination links are complicated; it is hard to determine the inventory and operational level material, the service is flexible, and the storage cost is high. Meanwhile, this paper builds a site logistics management framework model for the power grid construction projects considering theses logistics characteristics. The key issues raised in site logistics of the power grid construction project are including information flow optimization, planning and control and site layout.Third, regarding information flow optimization of power grid construction project site logistics, we consider the design process from a dynamic point of view. The process has been divided into four stages, and the DSM model is built in this paper. We construct the design flow optimization model based on improved DSM optimization algorithm. At the same time, we combine power grid construction process when proposing DSM information flow optimization model with time constraints. The corresponding optimization algorithm is also designed. The case study demonstrates that the application of DSM information flow optimization model proposed in this paper which considers the time constraints and optimizes the cost has significantly reduced the cost compared to the original process.Fourth, for planning and controlling in power grid construction project site logistics, this paper draws on the most advanced tools of Lean Construction Lean ideological guidance-Continuous Planning System (LPS). After analyzing the shortcomings of CPM and PERT, the paper stated that LPS has improved program reliability and focused on planning systems. It has advantages of continuous learning and improvement. The paper further improved the construction plan system that the main program has been phased as planning, forecasting plans and weekly work plan. The supply planning, demand planning and daily consumption of material delivery plan achieved the drive construction procurement. We design structures of work packages and analyze contract, project, resource and design constraints to control the work week program plan. Moreover, we use the percent plan complete (PPC) to measure the reliability of the planning system while analyzing the PPC reasons to provide direction for future work of how to improve the planning system.Fifth, this paper designs bacterial foraging algorithm for the power grid construction project site layout optimization problem. We discuss applicability the bacterial foraging algorithm to solve the issues in site layout. The main advantages are including that it requires only the fitness function without the need for other auxiliary information, nor any constraints and it can be used to solve the scene brilliantly complex layout problems. The paper makes assumptions and develops a comprehensive optimization model for power grid construction site layout with considering the complex horizontal and vertical movement between facilities. It provides the optimal solution to the problem of site layout design.And finally, a comprehensive solution for for power grid construction logistics was proposed based on the anaysis above.
