The development of mobile applications has changed the structure of the mobile Internet, and all kinds of applications have become part of people’s lives. When installing and using mobile applications, users need to authorize, but users often ignore the authorization behavior when enjoying the convenience brought by applications. The privacy violation risk brought about, the installation permission has become the interface for application operators to obtain user privacy, and the authorization behavior is essentially the self-disclosure of private information. The research on the influencing factors of mobile phone application user authorization behavior is divided into two parts.Whether there is a correlation between the indicators,so as to explore the objective risk factors that affect authorization behavior;mobile application user self-disclosure research is based on the PMT theory, and the impact model of user self-disclosure is studied by putting forward experimental hypotheses combined with index design experiments to explore authorization.Subjective psychological factors of behavior. Finally, external indicator data of the application, especially the number of monthly active users, has a certain correlation with the risk of privacy violation.A large part of the permissions requested by the application come from improper factors, and the protection motive of application users will lead to Lower self-disclosure willingness, privacy customization and privacy control methods play a mediating and moderating role,Finally, based on the research results, relevant suggestions for improving the status quo of privacy violations are put forward. The research conclusions are as follows:Applications external indicator data, especially the number of monthly active users, has a certain correlation with the risk of privacy violation. In terms of high and low risk permissions and differences, the more the monthly active users are,the more permissions the application requests are for legitimate reasons.applications with fewer active users ask for more permissions for reasons other than providing services. The monthly download volume of applications is also positively related to the legitimacy of high-risk permission requests. The more monthly downloads of applications, the greater the difference between legitimate permissions and improper permissions;it is worth noting that the permissions requested in the sample application are very large.Part of it is due to improper factors, and the distribution of authority risk levels shows two highs, middle and low.High-risk and low-risk permissions are requested more, and medium-risk permissions are requested less. The research shows that the protection motivation of application users will lead to lower self-disclosure willingness, and threat assessment will lead to lower self-disclosure willingness than response assessment in both scenarios.Privacy customization and privacy control methods play a mediating and moderating role, respectively.Compared with the binary privacy control method, the multivariate privacy control method will lead to a higher level of privacy customization for users.Based on the empirical research results, four suggestions are put forward for application users, operators, application market, and relevant regulatory authorities:users are advised to increase their privacy and security awareness and be cautious about downloading authorization, operators strictly abide by the privacy rights guidelines, and the application market and mobile phone system strengthen the market.Supervision efforts and build a privacy quality level, and the government improves privacy protection regulations. |
