Research On Domestic Mobile Internet Privacy Protection Risk And Privacy Security Reconstruction Path

Since the concept of privacy has been recognized,the definition of the concept of privacy has been discussed by senior.In the context of the development of information technology,the barrier of time and distance between people has been broken.The traditional discussion on the definition of privacy right and privacy infringement based on place has been replaced by the information privacy centered on personal information security.Information security has become the core of privacy protection today.The definition of dividing privacy behavior into public and private spheres has also been broken,and how to protect personal privacy in the public sphere has become one of the focuses of our discussion.This paper selects the privacy policy of the most permeable mobile Internet applications in the information technology environment as the research object to discuss how the personal information security is threatened and how to be protected.From the role of the relationship between citizens and government in building a good social environment,the importance of the relationship between users and operators in building an orderly information environment is mapped,which is the social significance of privacy.Similarly,the relationship between the security of users' personal information and the provision of better products or services by operators is the premise for the existence and profit of both parties.On the contrary,the antagonistic relationship that is suppressed will only bring losses to both parties,which is the commercial significance of protecting privacy.Similarly,the author extends the product relationship between users and operators,and the right to privacy plays an irreplaceable role in the construction of individual freedom consciousness and free will.The main body of the paper consists of four chapters.The first chapter discusses the social value of privacy protection and uses the relationship between citizen and government to map the balance relationship between user and operator.From the perspective of the development of American democratic politics,this paper analyzes the concern of democratic politics for the protection of individual rights,and the citizen orientation has developed from "informed citizen" to "supervised citizen".Therefore,the idea of democratic political development is extended to the field of privacy protection,and individuals should also be aware of the responsibility and supervision obligation of users to ask for information.To trace back to the development of privacy,the core of privacy is found to be the protection of personal information.As an individual,the most important role in privacy protection is to supervise the security environment of personal information.Privacy protection policy is an important medium for users to supervise the information security environment.The second chapter discusses the impact and risks of mobile Internet applications on users' personal information.Firstly,mobile Internet applications provide Internet plus services to facilitate people's information life.Secondly,the privacy risks caused by mobile Internet applications to users' personal information security are analyzed from three aspects: excessive collection of personal information,data storage security and illegal use of data.The third chapter assesses the transparency of the privacy policy of the three mobile Internet applications,namely online shopping,financial credit and online education,which need to be regulated most urgently in the mobile market,and makes a rational analysis of the problems and bottlenecks in the privacy policy.The fourth chapter is divided into three parts,from the privacy protection laws and industry regulations in China and the United States comparison and experience reflection.Secondly,it analyzes the combination of block chain technology and privacy protection to innovate the technology regulation approach of privacy protection.Finally,return to the core and source of privacy protection,that is,the value of people.The important influence of privacy protection on individual's self-consciousness and free will construction is proposed.
