With the development of economic globalization and information technology,the rapid development of Chinese intelligent production and manufacturing industry has been raised,and the production efficiency and product quality of the corresponding manufacturing enterprises have been put forward higher and higher requirements.Location assignment optimization is an important research content of intelligent manufacturing,which reasonably used for storage can improve the production efficiency and make full use of storage space effectively.Compared with the foreign advanced manufacture technology,in China,there are some problems in the informatization,location allocation optimization and systemization of automated warehouse,therefore,the research and development of optimization system of storage location assignment have important theoretical significance and practical value.Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign research on storage location assignment optimization problem,this paper proposes an improved differential evolution algorithm using the elite multi-strategy and the corresponding optimization analysis are carried out for warehouse location allocation model.Based on the system requirements,the design and development of optimization management system for storage location assignments follow J2 EE specification and apply the open source framework SSH and Angular JS.The main work and research results are listed as follows in this paper:1)The research background and significance of the automated warehouse slotting optimization scheduling are firstly reviewed.Subsequently,the basic concept and development process of storage location assignment optimization problem are elaborated.The research and application status of location assignment optimization method in the logistics industry and the intelligent manufacturing industry also are introduced.2)To solve the intelligent warehouse location allocation problem,a location assignment optimization method based on the elite multi-strategy is proposed.Firstly,the optimization model is established by considering the weight of goods,the out-in frequency,the storage time,the low center of gravity,and the principle that the goods with high frequency should near the exit of the warehouse.Then,an elite multi-strategy-based differential evolution algorithm is presented.In the proposed algorithm,the part of the elite individual information is extracted to guide the evolution.According to the changes of the crowding degree of the elite individuals,different strategies are applied in the different stage to produce high quality solutions and improve the convergence speed of the algorithm.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is verified by 10 classical test functions and a real storage space allocation optimization problem.3)Based on the system requirement analysis,the function module of storage location assignment management system is designed in detail.Following the J2 EE specification,the server session database,business logic data model is established based on Redis and Postgre SQL.The design of server cluster applies Nginx as reverse proxy server and the Angular JS front-end development framework are also employed.The storage location assignment optimization,the real-time monitoring,the management of goods,the storage location assignment,and the personal user management center module are realized.Finally,the system testing and running results show the effectiveness of the developed system.
