| Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,Party and state leaders have vigorously promoted the strategy of building a strong cultural country,and advocated "telling Chinese story and spreading the Chinese voice".Chinese traditional food culture is broad and profound,which is an important part of the "Chinese story".The short video,which integrates sound,words and images,has become a significant carrier to spread Chinese food culture.It is favored by the public for its convenience without time and space restrictions,the fidelity of real-time recording and the artistry of combining sound and painting.Short food videos can not only show traditional Chinese food,but also show the stories behind the food and the feelings and values contained in the food,so as to spread the food culture rooted in the soil of traditional Chinese culture and enhance the cultural identity and cultural confidence of the audience.With the sinking development of the industry,a large number of short food videos have been launched but the production is of varying quality.Then,how to better present Chinese cuisine,pay attention to both audiovisual art effects and content arrangements,tell Chinese food stories well,and inherit Chinese traditional culture has become an urgent problem to be solved in the development of short food videos.Therefore,from the perspective of narratology,this paper takes "short food videos" as the research object and deeply explore the narrative law of short food videos.The details are as follows:Taking the high-quality IP "Ri Shiji" in the short food videos as the research case,252 food videos released from January 2018 to December 2021 were selected as the research sample.Research methods such as literature research method,case analysis method,text analysis method and data statistics method were used to determine the research framework based on the relevant theories of narrative science.The narrative law and characteristics of the short food video of "Ri Shiji" were analyzed from the two aspects of narrative story and discourse,in order to solve the problems existing in the production of short food videos and promote the healthy development of the short food video industry. |
