With the development of modern science and technology,a variety of information technologies have been integrated into the development of education,making it more possible for the balanced development of education in China.As a new teaching form breaking the inherent form of traditional teaching,special delivery classroom helps deliver high-quality education resources to distant areas lacking of quality education resources,thus playing a significant role in promoting the balanced development of educational resources.With the support of relevant national education policies,Yunnan Province has deeply integrated modern information technology with the actual situation of local education,accelerated the platform construction of special delivery classroom to serve the development of local education,and effectively solved the practical problem of lack of excellent teacher resources.This study aims to fully understand the application of special delivery classroom in L middle school and the learning and adaptation status of students in the special delivery classroom teaching process,and to put forward relevant optimization suggestions for the operation of Courier class according to the existing problems and causes of the problems.First of all,the basic concepts such as special delivery classroom and learning adaptability are clarified,and the development status of special delivery classroom at home and abroad is summarized.this study firstly used questionnaire method,classroom observation method and interview method to collect relevant information about the learning adaptability of L middle school students under the teaching mode of special delivery classroom.Then,with the help of SPSS software,the collected data was further analyzed to explore the adaptability of students in the learning process.Next,classroom observation and interviews with teachers and students are also adopted to clarify the problems faced by students and the internal causes of these problems were clarified from the three aspects of students,teachers and environment.Finally,relevant improvement suggestions are put forward from teaching environment,teaching mechanism and teaching mode to facilitate the better development of special delivery classroom.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:First,under the special delivery classroom teaching mode,the learning adaptation of students is general,and there are big differences between students in the overall academic performance.Second,students different in grades,disciplines and academic performance are also different in learning adaptation.Overall,the learning adaptability of students in grade two is better than that in grade three;the adaptability of science students is better than that of liberal arts students;the adaptability of students with better grades and rankings is better than those with poor grades and rankings.Thirdly,there are many reasons for students’ poor learning adaptability under the teaching mode of the special delivery classroom.From the perspective of students,the main reasons are as follows: students’ learning gap is relatively wide;students in auxiliary class cannot keep up with the teaching progress of teachers in the main class;students’ heavy homework,great pressure,and low participation in class.From the perspective of teachers,the reasons are as follows: heavy daily work tasks of auxiliary teachers;lack of communication between the main teacher and auxiliary teachers;insufficient classroom feedback of the main teacher,and poor classroom management ability of auxiliary teachers.From the perspective of environment,the reasons are as follows: difficult in adapting to the teaching environment and limited classroom interaction.
