Since December 2019,COVID-19 has erupted frequently in China.Disinfection and sterilization are important links to prevent the spread of the disease.As the main mode of transportation for contemporary people,the subway is crowded in closed carriages for hundreds of thousands of people every day.If there are mistakes in disinfection and sterilization,it will pose a serious threat to people’s life and health.Therefore,starting from the subject of exploring the intelligent disinfection robot in the subway,this paper aims to reduce the participation of manual disinfection and enhance the accuracy of disinfection.This topic takes the current epidemic environment as the background,and carries out design research under the guidance of intelligent design concept.It is designed to replace the traditional manual disinfection mode,endow the disinfection function to the intelligent robot,and take into account the manual elimination of dead corners and environmental monitoring.Through the investigation and analysis of the existing disinfection forms,understand the problems existing in their operation,and optimize them in combination with the working state of the existing disinfection robot and the execution of specific scene tasks.The modular design method and limited structural change method are adopted to conduct a large number of extensive data collection and field research,analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the existing disinfection robots,and analyze the future development trend.The disinfection environment in the subway car is analyzed through field investigation,and the scene is subdivided based on the traditional disinfection robot.The working state of the intelligent disinfection robot is further determined by measuring the distance between the ground and the seat,the seat and the armrest,and the walking mode of the intelligent disinfection robot is explored according to the spatial data in the car.Using modular design,integrate the function and structure,and analyze its security.This design and research focuses on the disinfection work in the subway carriage under the background of the epidemic situation,and uses intelligent disinfection robots to replace manual disinfection operations to ensure the health and safety of personnel.It improves the disinfection efficiency and sterilization rate in the subway carriage,greatly increases the operation efficiency of the train,and further reduces the possibility of epidemic spread in the subway carriage.The methods and conclusions drawn in this design also provide reference for the design and development of other intelligent disinfection equipment.
