| The mercury in glass thermometer is a commonly used method forpretreatment, which is widely applied, but due to its complicatedmeasurement procedure as well as the large amount of manual operation, manyhospitals lack of formal metering management on the commonly used medicalinstruments, the thermometer. With the development of digital medicalequipment, test automation and comprehensive parameter testing will bethe future development trend of medical metrology. Therefore, with thespirit of innovation and the purpose of practicability, we have designedan assembly line for automatically measuring and disinfecting the mercury inglass thermometer. The main design contents are as follows:(1) Design a thermometer automatic transmission pipeline based on thetransmission device, which can check if the value of thermometer’scalibration is accurate when in the temperature bath;(2)To support the design of the pipeline, an instrument calledreset sterilizer is designed for the thermometer resetting and disinfectionboth in electric and manual ways;(3)The detection on the value of thermometer’s calibration in thetemperature bath depends on the image processing technology in Matlab. Theimage processing methods start from three. After analyzing theprocessing statistics with the SPSS statistical software, we can select aconvenient, high-precision image processing approach. |
