| As an emerging field in the robotics industry,intelligent service robots have become a new growth point in the market worldwide,and with the disappearance of the demographic dividend and the impact of the novel coronavirus,there is an increasing demand for intelligent service robots in various service industries.How to use design theory to provide more suitable solutions for intelligent service robots in different usage scenarios is an important problem to be solved.By using the theory of scenario model,this topic researches and discusses the design method of intelligent service robot in the venue scenario.Firstly,the thesis elaborates on the background of intelligent service robots and scenario model theory,analyzes and studies the research status and development trend of intelligent service robots at home and abroad,and clarifies the research contents and methods of the topic.Secondly,based on the analysis of the components,main contents and construction methods of the scenario model theory,the process of constructing the scenario model applied to product design is summarized.Further,based on the classification of intelligent service robots,we analyze the user elements,behavioral elements and environmental elements of venues,starting from venue-type intelligent service robots.The scenario process is also discussed in detail based on the task models of three typical scenarios.In addition,the interaction mode and implementation process of the venue-based intelligent robot are summarized and analyzed from two aspects: explicit interaction and implicit interaction.Finally,on the basis of the above scenario analysis,the user needs are summarized,and the users needs are divided into explicit needs and implicit needs.And two service modes,fixed service mode and instant service mode,are summarized with the two types of needs as clues.Integrating the above research contents,the design framework and design strategy of venue-type intelligent service robot under the scenario model are constructed by combining the interface expression of venue-type intelligent service robot.The design framework is used as a guide to complete the design practice of the museum intelligent service robot.In addition,the thesis focuses on the venue-type intelligent service robots,starts from the user’s unconscious behavior,associates a series of concepts such as implicit needs,implicit interaction,and instant service mode,and analyzes the intelligent realization process of the venue-type intelligent robots.This provides a theoretical basis for further improving the intelligence of venue-type intelligent service robots.In conclusion,the thesis takes the scenario model and related concepts as the theoretical guidance,aims to improve the usability and user satisfaction of intelligent service robots,summarizes the design framework for venue-type intelligent service robots based on the analysis of scenario elements and scenario processes,and analyzes the process of intelligent service realization,which provides a useful reference for the design of venue-type intelligent service robots. |
