Abstract/Summary:
In recent years, the development of Internet of Things(IOT)technology and cloud computing technology has promoted the continuous progress of Vehicular Ad hoc Networks(VANETs).While the VANETs bring much convenient services to people,it is necessary to pay attention to much hidden security risks. In the VANETs system,it is very important for the vehicle to obtain a reliable session key efficiently, which lays the foundation for the subsequent communication security. In the VANETs system, due to the large number of vehicles, the RSU will generate a lot of computational overhead. However, traditional two-party authenticated key exchange does not efficiently share data to the cloud server. In addition,RSU needs to process a large amount of authentication information at the same time, which is easy to cause problems of high network delay and high resource occupation. There are a certain number of untrustworthy users in the VANETs environment, which makes it difficult to guarantee the privacy and security of other users. To cope with the above challenges,we research on the authenticated key exchange protocol supporting conditional privacy protection in VANETs.The research contents mainly include:(1)Three-party authenticated key exchange protocol supporting conditional privacy-preserving.In view of the limited RSU resources, the vehicle needs to complete secure data interaction with the RSU and cloud server at the same time.We propose a three-party authenticated key exchange protocol that supports conditional privacy protection.Specifically, first, the vehicle uses an anonymous identity to conduct three-party mutual authentication with the RSU and the cloud server. On the basis of successful authentication, the three parties negotiate a shared session key in an efficient and secure manner.Secondly, when a malicious user appears in the system, the cloud server can use the traceability to complete the real identification of the vehicle and revoke it in this system. If the RSU is damaged,in order to avoid the leakage of private information in the entity, the cloud server revokes the node. Finally, the formal security proof and experimental simulation analysis show that the protocol has superior security and performance(2)A Batch Authenticated Key Exchange Protocol Based on Trust Evaluation. In view of the problems of untrustworthy users in the VANETs and the need for RSU to deal with a large number of authentication requests at the same time.We propose a batch authenticated key exchange protocol based on trust evaluation.Specifically, firstly, the trusted authority generates an anonymous identity for the vehicle to realize the privacy protection of the vehicle and the RSU in the mutual authentication process.Secondly, the trust evaluation technology is used to filter the untrustworthy vehicles in the system. Finally, the batch authentication technology is adopted to realize the efficient authentication of large batches of information by RSU.After successful authentication, the vehicle and RSU negotiate a shared session keys to lay the foundation for subsequent secure communications. In addition,in the subsequent communication process, the signature technology is used to ensure the integrity in the data transmission process.
