| Affordable housing archives is an essential part of our information resource system,which have been included in the national catalogue system of people’s livelihood and professional archives.It is great significance to support the development of housing work,maintain the basic information needs of the people,and promote the construction of archive resources.With the advancement of the affordable housing work and the arrival of the information age,the number of affordable housing archives has increased dramatically.But these archive resources have always been out of a relatively static and decentralized state,which cannot satisfy the growing utilization demand of archives information.Under such circumstances,it is very important and necessary to strengthen the integration of affordable housing archives information resources,build an operational and scientific integration mode,mine the potential value of archives information resources,provide business information support for managers,and provide one-stop archive information services for people.This article uses the affordable housing archives as the starting point,and takes the city-district affordable housing archives resources of Shenzhen as the research object.The article first uses the methods of field survey and symposium.The scope of the survey involves Municipal Housing and Construction Bureau and the twelve District-level Housing and Construction Bureau of Shenzhen.The investigation is carried out from three aspects: the archive resource itself,the status of resource management and integration.According to the survey,Shenzhen’s current integration of affordable housing archives resources have some problems,such as a weak integration awareness,a low level of archives basic management,decentralized resource management,a low degree of archive Informatization and utilization.At the same time,according to the level of economic development,the level of information resources integration,the level of affordable housing archival work,and the compatibility with Shenzhen’s affordable housing work,we choose the United States,Singapore,Beijing and Nantong as our cases in this article.We fully introduced the situation and characteristics of affordable housing archive and information resources integration work.In addition,it has summarized their advantages in system construction,funds and technology investment,and information construction.Therefore,based on a comprehensive analysis of the current status Shenzhen’s affordable housing archives and the use of excellent domestic and foreign experience,we has built the integration mode of Shenzhen’s affordable housing archives,which involves three levels of integration subject,integration object,and integration strategy.That is,at the integration subject level,the integration model is combined city-level domination with district-level assistance and collaboration with related units.At the level of integrated objects,the integration model is combined physical files and digital files.And the article puts forward the integration strategy of Shenzhen’s affordable housing archives resources from four levels: ideology,system mechanism,technical standard and content construction.Finally,we take the aspects of environment,safety,person,and funds,to guarantee the smooth operation of Shenzhen’s affordable housing archives resource integration model.The establishment of an integrated model has provided the methodological support for the construction of affordable housing archives in Shenzhen,which is conducive to exert the full value of archives resources and providing information decision-making services for Shenzhen’s affordable housing work. |
