Affordable Housing Information Management System Research Of Jilin Province

In recent years,along with the large-scale construction of affordable housing in Jilin Province,the information processing increasingly heavy workload,the original "Jilin Province,housing security management information system" has been unable to meet the basic needs of the work.In this context,this paper analyzes and designs the "Jilin affordable housing information management system." The system of affordable housing-government data,financial data,construction data and operational data for the overall management;improve the information to contact the government of affordable housing management departments,financial departments,construction companies,and affordable housing applicant between;the system the operator can more accurately perform the functions of the mission;ease of management staff to obtain information for decision making;allow people to be able to guarantee a more efficient access to social welfare resources.This paper mainly for affordable housing in Jilin Province information management system to expand the planning,analysis,design and implementation of four parts.Among them,the use of Critical Success Factors and Enterprise Systems Programming U / C matrix system planning analysis,combining questionnaire method and "Origin Pro8.0" series software,establish a "dynamic regulation model" proposed "Dynamic Exit Supervision Theory";Jilin affordable housing by drawing business process diagrams related work and data flow,conduct a comprehensive analysis of the system studied,province,city,district,street four linkage mechanism and "not for personal operating system" concept,Jilin Province fairness provide a theoretical basis for the implementation of affordable housing;introducing in system design "ARCHBUS" software,and proposed immediate collaboration between management and administration of common operating system concept,Jilin affordable housing all of the management of online work,improve the use of the system functionality in the future to ensure the system is running and the user operational aspects of fluency,responsibility and authority to make it work more clearly.
