In recent years,many people have difficult in housing,such as low-income families,newly employed college students and migrant workers.In order to solve the housing problem and achieve the goal of "housing for all",the state has stepped up the construction of affordable housing.With the completion of large-scale security housing projects,what counts to implement the policy of indemnificatory housing is strict qualification examination,fair distribution and perfect exit mechanism.Therefore,it is particularly important to do a good job in the management of affordable housing qualification and object tracking.Firstly,this paper investigates the related technologies of the system,it is implemented by B/S three-layer architecture and RESTful style network service architecture.MVC mode is uesd to complete the interaction with users.It adopts mature MySQL database cluster to improve the speed of inquiry and to guanrantee security of database.What's more,the independence of database is realized through MyBatis,a persistence layer framework.Apache Shiro serves as a security framework for authentication,authorization,and password management.Emphasis is laid on the analysis of the working principle of Activiti workflow engine,including BPMN modeling,process document deployment and element parsing.Secondly,this paper makes a detailed analysis and research on the existing problems in the system,including cumbersome application and audit process,inconsistency between departments,and the difficulty of exerting social forces.For the above reasons,the system is divided into following modules: system management,application management,audit management,public waiting management,allocation management and guarantee object management.The functional requirements of each module of the system are elaborated by using UML analysis diagram.At the same time,the non-functional requirements of data exchange and sharing,ease of use,security and scalability are put forward according to the actual use of the system.Then,this paper carries out the analysis and implementation of the key algorithm of qualification management,focusing on the task allocation and qualification judgment of indemnificatory housing qualification audit.In the task scheduling of workflow,many factors should be taken into account,such as the difficulty of task,the speed of approval and load balancing of business personnel.In accordance with the above consideration,a list workflow scheduling algorithm based on load balancing is proposed to allocate tasks and optimize the efficiency of audit.In addition,the algorithm establishes a reward and punishment mechanism to provide decision support for government assessment.Next,after comparing the advantages and disadvantages of ID3,C4.5 and CART algorithm,the CART decision tree algorithm is selected to realize the prediction of affordable housing eligibility.Furthermore,the CART algorithm is optimized by CPC algorithm to minimize the misjudgment rate and ensure efficiency,so as to achieve the goal of providing intelligent decision service.Subsequently,this paper develops a set of affordable housing qualification management and object tracking system on the basis of key technology analysis,demand analysis and key module algorithm analysis.According to the demand analysis,the sub-module is divided into detailed function analysis and system design.Combining with Apache Shiro security framework,system management is realized,which is refined to the control of the privileges of cells in each post.BPMN modeling and Activiti process deployment are used to implement auditing business flow,and the tabular workflow task allocation algorithm based on load balancing is applied to task allocation.The design pattern is widely put into use to realize public waiting management and object tracking.In user interface,open source technologies such as FreeMarker and VUE are applied to design the front-end interface.Moreover,Interface is designed to share information with the Ministry of Civil Affairs,Real Estate Bureau,Industry and Commerce Bureau and Tax Bureau.Last but not least,the system is packaged and deployed in the Tomcat container.The actual operation of the system shows that the system has complete functions and strong expansibility,it realizes the process control of qualification management and can track the guaranteed objects in a multi-dimensional way.In general,the system achieves the goal of normative management and effective process,which can guarantee fairness and improve the efficiency of guaranteed housing qualification management and object tracking.
