The Design And Realization Of The Affordable Housing Management Information System

With the government attaching importance to the affordable housing project,the construction of affordable housing project has been included in the government work report.The implementation and improvement of the affordable housing project policy is a major popular project implemented by the government.At present,most of the business models of the management of affordable housing in many areas are still in the situation of manual operation,so the management efficiency is low.In order to improve the efficiency of information management of affordable housing management,it is necessary to design the affordable housing management system.This system carries on the demand investigation to the government s supportive housing management departments and users,carries on the system demand analysis on the basis of the industry investigation,and draws the conclusion that the system functions should include application management,housing source management,auditing management,publicity management,distribution management,supportive housing statistical report management,basic data management,system management and other functional modules;and on the basis of demand analysis.On the basis of this,the author has completed the design of the system by consulting a large number of documents and learning the basic methods of system analysis and design,including the overall design of the system,the detailed design of system functional modules and the design of database.After the completion of the system design,according to the structure and specific functions of the system,the author has coded the functions of the system;finally,the system is implemented.Test to ensure the integrity of system functions and the correctness of operation.At the same time,the system considers security issues,completes the implementation of security management of guaranteed housing from security requirements,design and implementation,and ensures information security management from network technology,data security,personnel awareness and database security.In a word,this paper designs and implements the indemnificatory housing management information system with the basic idea and process of software engineering,and studies the related technology of system design and implementation.This system realizes the local government to announce the latest housing information,to examine and approve the user's housing application,and to browse the user's housing application information.It can improve work efficiency in a timely and effective manner.The system mainly uses B/S architecture,JSP and HTML technology in the front desk,EasyUI as the underlying framework;Java language is used to develop the server,mainly Spring,Spring MVC,Hibernate as the underlying architecture;Shiro is used to realize the privilege management module;MySQL is used in the database.The server mainly uses Eclipse and Tomcat development tools.After a period of testing,the system runs well and basically achieves the goal of demand.It can be used online by the government.After the application of this system,it provides great convenience for management departments and users,saves the cost of management,and improves the efficiency and reliability of management.The system can be expanded and perfected in the background if the demand changes in the future use.
