| With the rapid development of the national economy,China’s comprehensive national strength has been constantly enhanced and its transportation infrastructure has been greatly improved.In Particular,the network of high-grade highways covering the whole country with expressway as its backbone is gradually taking shape.After years of rapid growth in recent years,ETC has become the research achievement of "Demonstration of Integrated Application of National Integrated Intelligent Transportation Technology" promoted by the country.Driven by demonstration projects,ETC was formally implemented networking in 14 provinces and municipalities,including Zhejiang,Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei,Shanxi,Shandong,Shanghai,Jiangsu,Jiangxi,Fujian,Liaoning,Hunan and Shaanxi.It is estimated that ETC networking will be realized throughout the country by the end of this year.At present,the application of ETC is limited to freeway tolls,but some provincial and municipal bridge and tunnels have also carried out pilot projects of ETC such as Wuhan and Qingdao.To alleviate the problem of urban congestion with the application of ETC system has become the consensus among the intelligent transportation industry.With the maturity of ETC technology and the rapid development of internet technology,cross-border integration of internet financial payment and ETC transaction provide users with high-quality and convenient services and experiences driven by internet technology and thinking.Moreover,it can further perfect the travel big data collection,which lays foundations for big data analysis of intelligent expressway and intelligent travel in the future.The realization of the system being combined with the successive completion of toll networks in various provincial and municipal networked toll systems laid the necessary foundation for the further expansion of non-cash electronic payment.On the basis of network-based charging,it is a development trend of network charging and is the only way to achieve related services electronization in expressway and one card solution in transportation with building a non-cash charging network that is sufficiently compatible in technology,flexible in service,expansible in application,scalable in scale and flexible in investment,which provide users with convenient and efficient non-cash charging service of non-parking and parking mode.Based on that,this paper designs and realizes the transportation mobile payment based on ETC extension and application service.The overall structure of the system is more concise,secure and stable to achieve multi-system and cross-platform data flow.Moreover,safety,timeliness and effectiveness are also an innovation of this platform.Using J2 EE platform,this paper adopt java technology,spring,Spring MVC and Mybatis framework to offer a relatively complete solution for transportation mobile payment platform,which is to produce an APP based on Android application through mobile Android technology.This paper firstly makes an analysis of the requirement of transportation mobile payment project,and completes the system outline design and detailed design on the basis of the specification of the requirement analysis.The functions of the system include the transportation recharge platform(including recharge APP)and recharge management platform,of which the recharge platform consists of online recharge,online inquiry and online inventory.Recharge management consists of online payment,order management,clearance and reconciliation and others.The main contents of this paper include the following aspects:(1)Conducted a requirement research and requirement analysis of the transportation mobile payment and provided the function requirement of this system.(2)Made an outline analysis to this system and gave a detailed design for the function of each module on the basis of requirement analysis.(3)Realized each functional module for this system.(4)Conducted functional testing and performance testing for this system. |
