According to the traffic facilities information resources analysis based integrated management needs,technology needs,public traffic information services and traffic industry,on the application of Internet technology based on lifting transportation services and transportation industry management research;discusses the content of various traffic service information of multi-source heterogeneous data integration pattern,technology,and smart travel services the object and object of management etc..The aim is to further improve the level of Yunnan province traffic information construction,and build a comprehensive information service platform covering Yunnan Province,the existing traffic service information resources,for the whole community.In order to provide accurate travel information service timely,authoritative and comprehensive for public travel,let travelers take the best mode of transportation,road transportation management to take the most effective transportation and industry management,reduce travel cost,improve the utilization efficiency of traffic facilities,to provide basic conditions for building "green traffic flow,travel",so as to effectively improve the public service ability and level of transportation authorities.This paper put forward based on the transportation departments of the existing resources to integrate all kinds of information,using the Internet,mobile phone,radio traffic,call center,intelligent terminal,social media and other channels to multi-source heterogeneous data source of cross platform through data and information resources integration,to provide comprehensive,authoritative,travel information service time for travelers.Secondly,studied ETI data integration and management technology and adaptive K-means algorithm,information synthesis algorithm of convolutional neural networks,the depth of the neural network algorithm,the visualization technology of QDIS data processing and publishing technology,the formation of transportation integrated information service platform scheme for data integration and publishing based on.Finally,based on the proposed design of the system requirements,the overall technical architecture and database model,using B/S model,developed a set of road,railway,civil aviation,water transport,traffic police,traffic and weather information as one of the province's transportation integrated information service platform,which provides convenient and smooth,scientific,comprehensive,multi the authority of the channel,traffic information services for the public traffic participants.
