| The banks involved in this article,with the accelerating speed of network construction and the continuous expansion of business scale,how to reduce investment costs and standardize the management of fixed assets has become an urgent requirement to further support the bank’s continued healthy operations and improve the financial management level.In combination with the current status of assets and management requirements,scientific and advanced methods must be used to manage fixed assets investment.This paper aims to design and develop a fixed asset investment and physical management system.Through the management and application of the system,it plays an active role in standardizing the management process,clarifying departmental responsibilities,and improving work efficiency.It establishes the entire life of fixed assets for the bank.The concept of cycle management,control of process risks,and ensuring the preservation and appreciation of state-owned assets have laid a solid foundation.This system adopts object-oriented and UML technology to analyze and design the system,and adopts software technologies such as J2 EE technology,MVC pattern architecture,B/S architecture and oracle database to complete system development.This article first analyzes the current status and background of the bank’s fixed asset management work,carefully researches and analyzes and thoroughly studies the main business processes of the bank’s fixed asset management,based on which the system’s business needs,functional requirements,role requirements and non-Functional requirements have been carefully analyzed and summarized.Based on demand analysis,the system was designed.The system functions were designed as five functional modules,namely system management,asset investment conversion management,routine management of fixed assets,comprehensive information query,and non-solid asset management.The class diagram completes the detailed design of the five functional modules,followed by the system database E.The R model and the database table structure were designed in detail.Finally,a bank fixed asset management information system based on a three-tier architecture was developed.At present,the system has been in operation for many years.Through the implementation of this system,it has played a very obvious and positive role in the bank’s standardized management,reducing risks,optimizing the allocation,and improving efficiency,etc.,in order to enhance the level of refinement of fixed asset investment and physical management in the entire jurisdiction.To ensure that state-owned assets maintain their value and increase their value,laying a solid foundation. |
