| With the further development of knowledge economy,competitive intelligence establish on the information systematic collection,quantification analysis,asymmetric game for the balanced information,depth forecast of the competitive environment and dynamic monitoring of the competitors,has been an important part of the competition.To forecast the trend of the industry inside and outside and the future development of the enterprise from large amounts of intelligence information,enterprises increased the status of the competitive intelligence analysis work.Because the object of the modern enterprise management is complicated and the factors is changing,when making decisions business leaders rely on the intelligence support more and more,thus the use of competitive intelligence analysis methods is an indispensable part of enterprises to develop competitive intelligence.At present,most of the enterprises rely on industry experts to carry out the intelligence analysis work,it not only can increase the intelligence analysis time,but also lead to the results of the analysis error which is easy to affect by the expert subjective factors.So the establish of the automatic intelligence analysis and processing system,will reach higher timeliness which is unmatched by manual analysis,and has a very important significance,the research content of this article is aimed at the status quo.This paper combines the project "Business Intelligence Competitve Intelligence Management System" supported by Small and Medium Enterprises Technology Innvoation Fund of the Ministry of Science and "Development of Yunnan Province Competitive Intelligence Public Service Platform and Service System" supported by Science and Technology Infrastructure Construction Platform of the Yunnan Provincial Department of Science and Technology,analysis process of enterprise comptitive intelligence analysis method and the key technologies was researched.The intelligence analysis substytem of alternative manual analysis and aided decsision-making is designed,which mainly contains the intelligence information recommended module and intelligence analysis module.In this paper,the intelligence information recommended model based on the case-based reasoning is researched.Some common features were found by analyzing intelligence analysis methods.According to these common features,design a structure case base.Based on the requirements of enterprise intelligence analysis,making appropriate improvements for traditional case-based reasoning method,which use combination weight calculation method to retrieval.Develop a CBR engine based on the innovative CBR method.In this paper,intelligence analysis model is designed.The function of this model is to generate the corresponding char information using recommended intelligence information.Three kinds of intelligence analysis methods are integrated into intelligence analysis subsystem,and focusing on the ADL analysis method construction.Introduction of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method as the core analysis section of the ADL analysis module,and modify the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation operator according to the actual situation of the system. |
