| China,as a sports country with a large population base,has become an important factor for the sustainable growth of national sports strength in the process of transformation to a sports power due to the competition and competition of reserve talent resources,especially the cultivation and development of excellent sports talents.First of all,colleges and universities play an important role in talent training,and the in-depth training of reserve talents needs to continue to release potential space from the education system at the primary and secondary school stage,where the physical and mental development of teenagers is rapid.On August 31,2020,the general administration of sports,the Ministry of Education issued the file "on deepening teaching fusion body Opinion " to promote the development of adolescent health,requires schools from teaching,training,competition,promote balanced development among youth culture learning and physical activity [1],and sport,with its fashion,the characteristics of sunshine,full of team spirit,rooted in school sports,Spread widely in major schools,rapid development.Jinshui district,as one of the national cheerleading demonstration areas,has gone out of Henan,out of China,to the world,its reserve talent training achievements are also commendable.This study using the literature material method,questionnaire survey,on-the-spot investigation method,interview method,mathematical statistics,based on teaching body fusion of big situation,the main three incision combined with teaching,training and competition,the jinshui district 3 national! Fuck schools,2 national demonstration window,the experimental school of reserve personnel training present situation of system analysis,The purpose of this paper is to explore and discover the practical needs,difficulties and ways out of the training of cheerleading reserve talents in the school physical education system,sum up the excellent experience,excavate the vitality of talents,avoid the existing disadvantages,realize the better and faster development of Cheerleading in Jinshui district,and provide new ideas for the perfection of the construction of cheerleading reserve talents in other schools.The findings:1.Jinshui district bureau of education depends on the state general administration of sports set up by the national la-la-la fuck demonstration window,fuck standardized experimental school,clubs and other places,to launch "a ball yipin a fuck" mode of the goldwater,young-small-medium-high the cultivation of the talent pool to perfect basic path to lead the radiation in the fuck the popularization,and flourish everywhere.2.In terms of teaching,the Education and Sports Bureau reached a consensus to cultivate "four good" students with "good morality,good learning,good temperament and good technology" as the goal.Through the "five steps" promotion strategy to school-based courses as the starting point,and implemented the "442" class hour allocation model in physical education.Most schools to aerobics,cheerleading,gymnastics special physical education teachers as the backbone of cheerleading teaching,because of financial reasons there is basically no need to buy social services into the campus reality.3.Training,and perfect management system,each school has a perfect echelon construction,mainly by the normalization,standardization,of course,the brand community,large recess form is given priority to,training time into class delay service,only limited to the special properties within the system,education system training no commercial cooperation,team communication,perks,Holiday students at their own expense to participate in the national cheerleading committee organized training camp activities.4.Competition,competition system around gymnastics administrative center of the state sport general administration building,with China’s middle school students Ti Xie both cross and cooperative game,the game content rules sets has repeated situation,the causes less competition organization in recent years,many online game is given priority to,to a certain extent greatly affect the enthusiasm of students and parents.5.In terms of talent transmission,it is limited to the particularity of enrollment in public schools.There is basically no large-scale talent flow.There are few good seedlings and limited material selection.It is mainly through the publicity and enrollment of our school to complete the selection,training and transmission.In the stage of compulsory education,there are few counterpart schools and the way out for talents is narrow.Limited by the examination oriented education system,the contradiction between students’ learning and training objectively exists,and there is a certain degree of brain drain.In addition,the upper administrative department can set up a sports and education integration office group to integrate the superior resources of the two systems of the Sports Bureau and the Ministry of Education,and carry out top-level design,competition merger,talent flow and other special integration management of cheerleading project,leading the efficient development of the project.The school training team can rely on the support and sponsorship of social clubs to realize the increase of source and reduce expenditure of funds,establish stable cooperative relationship with professional clubs,and break the one-way dependence on the education bureau.In view of the outstanding contradiction between the culture study and the training of the cheerleading reserve talents,we can combine the practice of the training team to further explore and break through the setting of small class supplementary teaching to ensure that the culture study and sports achievements of the cheerleading reserve talents walk on two legs and promote the healthy development of teenagers. |
