| With the progress of society and the improvement of the quality of education,the number of graduate students in China is also growing rapidly,and more and more graduate students choose to enter kindergartens after graduation.For novice teachers,the onboarding stage is a period that must be experienced,and whether this period can be successfully passed will have an important impact on their career choice,teacher view and even the stability of the preschool teaching team.At present,the research on the professional adaptation of novice kindergarten teachers pays less attention to the group of post-graduate kindergarten teachers,these teachers are a group that has undergone many years of professional training,they have a relatively solid theoretical foundation,a strong sense of scientific research,a relatively complete professional system,and high theoretical and practical value,so it is very important to pay attention to the professional adaptation of these teachers.In this study,questionnaires were distributed to Tianjin,Beijing,Hebei,Anhui,Shenzhen and other places by interview-based and questionnaire-supplemented,and 136 kindergarten teachers with novice postgraduate degrees were surveyed to ensure that the survey scope covered cities at all levels.According to the questionnaire survey,20 teachers with different genders,teaching years,region,nature of kindergartens,professional backgrounds,etc.were selected for in-depth interviews,and the data were coded and analyzed after the interview,and it was found that the status quo and problems of professional adaptation of kindergarten teachers with novice graduate degree were mainly manifested in four aspects: vocational ability adaptation,occupational psychological adaptation,interpersonal relationship adaptation,and occupational environment adaptation.Based on the above research results,this study discusses the characteristics and influencing factors of professional adaptation of kindergarten teachers with novice graduate degrees,and finally puts forward suggestions based on the influencing factors and the status quo of career adaptation,the first teacher should strive to improve himself,do a good job in career planning,develop a sense of reflection,regulate and manage self-emotions,the second kindergarten should pay attention to induction training,create a harmonious working atmosphere,arrange excellent teaching teachers,and the third university should pay attention to the combination of theory and practice in the curriculum.To give play to the real role of educational internship,the fourth social aspect should increase the investment of pre-university education funds and improve the social status of preschool teachers. |
