| With the country’s increasing attention to the field of preschool education,the rapid rise of new kindergartens,the level of new kindergartens has also received widespread attention,whether there is a high-quality and high-level kindergarten teacher team,for the development of new kindergartens is crucial.As novice teachers in the new kindergarten teaching team,their adaptation to the problem is the focus of current academic attention.Among the existing studies,the research on the adaptation support of new teachers is relatively sufficient,but it has not been studied from the perspective of new kindergartens,and the research in this area is still blank.Due to the short establishment time,the newly built kindergarten is quite different from the mature kindergarten in terms of working environment and system construction,which makes it special in the support of novice teachers to adapt to the entry.Therefore,this paper intends to start from the perspective of new kindergartens supporting the entry and adaptation of novice kindergarten teachers,and use the method of case study to deeply explore the support of new kindergartens for the entry and adaptation of new teachers,in an attempt to open up a new perspective of research on the adaptation of new teachers.This study takes the occupational adaptation theory and two-factor theory as the theoretical basis,takes the adaptation of new teachers supported by L Park in Lijin County as the research object,and uses the literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and other research methods to study the employment adaptation of new kindergartens to support the entry and adaptation of novice teachers.In terms of career adaptation for novice kindergarten teachers,a questionnaire survey method is first used to analyze the strategies of L kindergarten to support novice teacher career adaptation from five aspects:work environment,rights protection,training,management system,and interpersonal relationships;Secondly,through a combination of questionnaire and interview surveys,the shortcomings of L Kindergarten’s support for novice teachers’ career adaptation strategies were summarized: the work environment needs to be improved,the workload is overloaded,the implementation of rules and regulations is arbitrary,the interpersonal relationship effect is not ideal,and the training content is not sound.On this basis,this study analyzed the reasons for these problems,including kindergarten factors and novice teachers themselves.Finally,an optimization strategy is proposed for L Kindergarten to support novice teachers’ professional adaptation,in order to promote the adaptation of novice teachers to the kindergarten environment. |
